Location staff kind of dismissive

Close to everything. Comfy bed . Great breakfast . Very big bathroom. Clean! No elevator .

The elegance, location, comfort and attentiveness of the staff! Nothing

The location was amazing, room incredible - very fitting for the area. Nothing, a little pricey but to be expected at peak tourist season!

Wow! This room was just amazing tp say the least! A perfect view of the San Marcos plaza from the balcony. Room was spacious for two people. Loved all the antique furniture and look of this place. This place is in the heart of main square with all the attractions close by. About 6 minutes from the ferry boat dock. Would recommend this place! No elevator, breakfast could be improved a lot. Most of the food was already gone by 9 am. Also more variety would be great!

I loved the view of St. Marks and the square right out my balcony.

Location was great Water wasn’t very hot in the shower or sink. Mattress was ok, but really old. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We should have mentioned it before the last day. Mosquitos ate us up when we opened the windows. When I mentioned it at check out she showed me mosquito traps they had.

Excellent location. Decent view of St. Mark Square. Clean accommodation. Desk staff is friendly and helpful. I would not rate this as a “Luxury Hotel”. It’s decent. But, definitely not luxurious. Very, very tiny lobby. Small rooms. No elevator. Room was extremely hot. Even with the central air/heat off. Our stay was in the dead of winter. So, it was rather cold and rainy outside, yet very hot in the room. We would often sleep with the window open. Shower is very tight. Location of shower head is not ideal. Toilet flushing properly was hit or miss. At times had to flush over and over just for the toilet paper to go down (even if it was just a small piece). Bed(s) are two twins up against each other. So, if you’re looking for a single bed you’re going to have that uncomfortable spot in the middle. If you’re looking for separate beds, there’s really not much room to separate the beds adequately. Beware, they only provide one bottle of water at check-in for the coffee maker. They suggested we just use the tap water in the bathroom. A “luxury” hotel would never do that! Asking for additional water will cost you. Also, they don’t restock the bathroom room essentials with maid service. That is, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We were there for 11 nights and only had one shower gel for two people. If you ask for additional items they give it reluctantly. Skip the breakfast option. It’s not that great and you have to walk to a different hotel. Just grab something at a nearby cafe. I recommend Rosa Salva cafe. It’s excellent! And very close by. Overall, I didn’t think the value for the money was there with this hotel.

It was perfect! Staff was super friendly and the hotel was so clean and well kept! A tour of Murano with private water taxi was included in stay!

The location is top notch, right behind piazza San Marco The bed was very cheap, single pillow and uncomfortable old split mattresses

Very good breakfast

No toilet in thr lobby. You need to go other property to use company’s toilet.
-
Large and beautifully decorated room with a comfortable bed and spa-like bathroom. Hard to find in crazy crowded San Marco Square.
-
Excellent location and price to stay in San Marco plaza. Easy to get to from the airport via the vaparetto. Can't wait to return. Checking out because we had to leave this beautiful location.
-
Excellent location on St Mark's Square. Beautiful decorated hotel rooms in typical Venetian decor. Wonderful, friendly staff that are very helpful. Nothing

The view is gorgeous The beds were not separated and I was staying with my elderly father. They also close the breakfast earlier then stated and told us the coffee is the same in the room so we should just use the room coffee. I was told multiple times that we’re paying for the view and not the experience.

Breakfast was off site and to be honest, didn't look good. We went elsewhere. Wifi didn't work inside the room, but did work in the hall. They could look into that.

My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here, and will definitely return on a future visit to Venice! A hidden gem of a small boutique hotel, our deluxe double room provided a view of St. Mark's Square, St. Mark's Basilica, and St. Mark's Campanile. I loved how centrally located we were. I loved the rich, dark wood and overall look and feel of this room furnished with 18th century furniture and fabrics......it made us feel like we stepped back in time! Our twin beds were comfortable, the marble bathroom was spacious and clean. It was easy getting to and from the train station via vaporetto (stop 5.2). Our booking didn't include breakfast but there were plenty of options nearby, including Caffe Florian and plenty of pastry shops and places that serve breakfast. The front door is finicky in terms of opening even with the key (or being buzzed in), but after the first couple of tries, I mastered opening it. Also, while the tub is great if you like to soak in a tub, if you only need to shower, it can be challenging to step into and out of the tub due to its very tall sides. Fortunately, I'm still agile enough that it wasn't an issue, but it most likely will be once I'm over 70. Also, the WiFi was weak.

The location is great if you want to be right in the middle of San Marco Square. The reception was terrible!! The entire stay. Very rude, office not open when they state it would be. Workers from there other property come over once you ring them up and they finally answer. I would not stay here again because of the terrible rude attitude and behavior of the employees.
