The staff was one woman who was there only in the morning and spoke no English. I did not meet with any other staff personally, I spoke to someone on the phone. Very poor hospitality. Modern and comfortable. For breakfast everyone sat at the same round table.

The bed was comfy, good blackout blinds. Decent location. The shower in the en-suite to room 3, was in need of repair or a good clean, as water diverted everywhere other than above your head, there was also cardboard covering a sky light which made the bathroom ceiling look shabby, I did feed this information back to the host but have had an inadequate response. We also had an issue with a member of the staff, who was quite adamant asking us to pay 4 times the amount of tourist tax that was due which I refused and therefore payed the correct amount. Breakfast was poor, croissants had been ruined but still served, and there was a limit placed on one cup of coffee and a croissant each, not something I’ve ever experienced before in a b and b. If i had been made aware of these limits I would not have booked this accommodation.

Great location and good value for it’s money

Was clean and staff was nice, breakfast was great. I like that we had our own bathroom. We stayed in room 3 and there was definitely a mosquito problem when night came. Other than that no complaints.

Clean, comfortable, amazing location. The breakfast was simple but nice, just what you need to start the day. The room was bigger than expected, the shower has good water pressure and hot temperature. You are at the heart of Venise, nearby restaurants and bar yet it is quiet and the hosts were responsive when we had some trouble finding the main door ! Nothing

Interesting old building but tastefully furnished inside. Good breakfast served communally with other guests. In my case they were pleasant tourists from Spain and South America.A Great value place in the Heart of Venice.

Great area, easy accessible Rooms are a little loud - if your neighbors are nice everything's good. Otherwise might be a little loud from time to time. In general though not too disturbing.

The room was lovely. Comfy bed, clean building. Nice location. Easy communication. Place to store your luggage. Exceeds my expectation. Perfect for the value.
