Location, suite size and pool were great The suite was past due for a deep clean. No housekeeping was provided for 3 night stay. This wouldn't have been an issue for us but since there was a kitchenette with food waste, the bins should have been checked at least once or info provided to guests to manage themselves. My husband removed the kitchen garbage after a few days and asked the front desk where he should put it. They told him to illegally dump it in the street beside the city bin; “the city garbage requires a credit card to put garbage inside but don't worry just put it beside”. Leaving garbage bags beside bins is a huge no no in that part of Italy

Great location for Lido and Venice, very spacious rooms and nice surroundings by the pool. Staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are a bit outdated and the kiosk bar on the corner plays ridiculously loud music on some nights till late. We asked the staff to move us and they obliged.

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful large suites. Varena, Nicole and the staff were so nice and did everything to insure a nice stay. There is also a large pool and the gorgeous beach across the street!

It was big and so good location and calm The kitchen utensils not good. For example we cannot find knife when we want to prepare something for eating. Also the staff was not there between 5 pm until 10 am

I love that the hotel was spacey. There were only 2 of us, but the hotel has 2 rooms. It also has stove and cutlery and other dini g amenities, so we always make our own breakfast. Only 2 mins walk to the beach, great for summer. 10 min to the waterbus station. I think because its spring, the pool is still on maintanance. They also dont give us enough cofee, but you can easily come to the receptionist to ask for more.

The villas are in a perfect location just a 2 min walk from the beach and a 10 min walk from the center. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. We were there in November and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and the sea next time.Thank you:)

Central location The property itself was great, rooms clean and spacious, our villa had some utensils and cutlery that was nice. I knew the pool wasn’t in use anymore, so I wasn’t too bothered about that. The breakfast option was not necessarily my favourite, perhaps I had higher expectations because of my previous accommodations in Venice but it was just a croissant and coffee, had I known this beforehand I would have chosen a no breakfast option and just popped over to a local cafe. Everything else was fine, I would just like to suggest that the wifi password is left in the individual rooms. There was a small paper in reception that had it but I didn’t take a picture while we were checking in cos I figured it would be in the room. When we got back to our room around 5 PM the reception was basically closed (closes at 3) but there was a manager who managed to write it down for us but it was incorrect, so we went the whole night without it. It wasn’t a major deal, would just be nicer for the next person if the details are there.
