My 4th time to Venice and never have I experienced it so comfortably as I did at this property. Beautifully done palace. Great location, everywhere is a few minutes walk and located within a peaceful square. Super friendly and attentive staff. Spacious room with a high ceiling. They have an elevator for those who can’t take stairs. Amenities within the room including a Dyson blow dryer, coffee machine, fridge. They have their own water taxi dock. Oh and what a delicious breakfast! -

Our overall experience was fantastic. Hotel is located in the historic center, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Great service and good food. Definitely a recommended place to stay. Nothing at all

The hotel has a brilliant location and the room la were excellent. But it’s the quality of the staff that really made this a place to remember. There very little not to like - maybe not the facilities of a large hotel, but makes up it for it in the charm of a boutique destination

The room was big and the house keeping team was good. The reception member who check us in ( wearing glasses in evening shift) was rude and made jokes about our luggage in a rude way // but the other reception members were so kind and supportive.
