Nice room, good breakfast and close to vapporetto stop. (No stairs for luggage) No elevator to 2nd floor. Otherwise, nice rooms and property.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing and storied history. It is located in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the Grand Canal and Palazzo San Marco. The owners, Sandro and Walter, were exceptionally helpful, warm and welcoming. Everything was excellent.

We were a close walk to everything and this hotel was comfortable and charming. Old world like most of Venice. The breakfast was plentiful and quite good. I have to say that the bed was comfortable and we slept very well. We had a wonderful experience! We asked for the ground floor because carrying our luggage up the stairs would have been a pain, but if we come back I might request a room upstairs for a little more privacy. Our room was sort of right on the street, but that's what we asked for.

- Super friendly people that work at the hotel. Everything was explained and we were supported with anything we wanted. - Breakfast was great, it had everything and it was fresh. - Our room was super clean and neat, we didn't notice anything that we didn't like. Bathroom, beds, everything was perfect. - Hotel was very close to public transport near San Stae stop where you could also take boat from and to the VCE airport. - You can walk to Piazza di San Marco, it's 20 minutes away, so close to everything and yet, so far from the noise of the center.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Location is convenient to vaporetto (water bus), ali laguna (water bus to airport) and train station. Breakfast is very good.

The owner was really nice and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous in decor, super quiet (extremely important) and the bed was so soft and comfortable. The house keeping team is very good and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing
