The location was convenient next to the train station No fridge, and it was a 4 level climb with luggage.

Very small, outdated space. There was mildew in the shower.

We had two rooms for a family of five, the rooms were tidy and clean with fresh towels, and bath necessities. The receptionists checked us in as soon as we arrived at 12pm. They have a good service at a very affordable price and their location is closed to train station and the water rides. None.

We were forced to take this booking because Booking forgot to notify us the original host cancelled our booking. So we had to accept a less acceptable place at a higher price. The check in was pleasant but the stay was not to our liking! Old "repurposed" hotel. No staff present, no breakfast, which we originally purchase at our first stay. No availability of food, ice, etc. Smaller accomodation, no coffee machine, no fridge, nothing but an old hotel without staff.

It was right next to the train station which was the only reason we booked it. There are many nice cafes and shop around it. WiFi was good and the staff was nice and welcoming. The cleaned the room daily and it was pretty clean. The hotel is extremely old as if it was renovated 30 years ago. The bed cover was ripped. Everything seemed so old. The room was so tiny that we had to put our luggage on the table cause there was no space on the floor. There was no water or coffee machine or fridge, only tv. Fyi they don’t provide irons cause apparently they’re not allowed in Venice.

If you read some of the bad reviews you will adjust your expectations then it’s a great place Nothing

The location was really good, and the sheets and toilet were very clean. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20–30 years. The room felt like sleeping in an ashtray—a strong smell of tobacco and dust that made it very uncomfortable. If that had been the only issue, I might have accepted it as a budget compromise, but unfortunately, it got much worse. There was no hot water and almost no water pressure. The phone in the room to contact reception was not working, so in the middle of the night we had to go in person to reception, which is located in a different hotel. The night staff was not helpful at all. He didn’t seem to know what to do and offered no solution, no alternative room, and no compensation—even though this hotel is part of a chain and they could have relocated us to another property. Considering this happened around 10 p.m., when it couldn’t be fixed immediately, at least some form of support or compensation should have been offered. On top of that, it had all the typical issues I’ve experienced in Venice hotels—uncomfortable beds and a lot of noise, both from the street and inside the building. You basically need to sleep with earplugs. I’m somewhat used to that in Venice, but this stay was on another level of bad. Overall, this was a very poor experience, both in terms of the room conditions and the service. I do not recommend this hotel or the chain, especially since the reception is shared and reflects the same level of service.

Good customer service. Able to keep my luggage even I check out. None

Great place to be. Close to all activities, restaurants etc. Area was clean. The mattress was thin and the pillow.

Proximity to train station and yet very quiet premises. Cleanliness of bathroom, very comfortable ambient temperature and amazing crisp bedsheets! Wonderful reception staff, Signora Elise and young Laura, sharp, knowledgeable and super friendly. Open view from the window. Dark curtains for restful sleep. It is not what I disliked: I accepted that the room, booked in haste, would be tight and cramped and occupied mainly by the full-sized bed.

Very friendly staff. Very nice room. Everything was as expected or even better. Excellent stay for the price paid and a very convenient location close to the railway station and the parking lot where all the cars have to stop as they cannot ride in the Venice itself.

This is a sharing 4 bedroom apartment with a bathroom and a kitchen in a drug ridden neighbor. This property is a FRAUD and a SCAM. Don’t ever book this property because it was filthy. This is a fraud and a scam advertisement because it is not a hotel as advertised by Priceline. This property is a shared 4 bedroom apt with 1 bathroom and a kitchen. Priceline scammed me with this property. Priceline is a fraud and a scam company that tricked me into booking this property that advertised as a hotel. When I was there I talked with the owner he wanted me to pay for 1 night but I refused because I booked with Priceline as a hotel not a sharing apt with 3 other people and 1 bathroom and a kitchen. This is a FRAUD and a SCAM from Priceline

Good location. It was clean. Very expensive for a cupboard sized room that is quite dated and worn. Toilet was down one floor and was basically a public washroom for the hotel. I had to laugh at the size of the shower. I could almost be described as petite and even I thought it was small. I was booked in to this hotel but was actually given a room in the hotel where you check in. ( down the road ) I have no idea what the original booking was actually like.

Receptionist was very nice & we could store our bags in the lobby. Location very close to the train station and ferry landing. Room was clean & in a separate apartment style building from the reception. It is an old building with a small room, a little dark with minimal ventilation. There are stairs only. More of a budget style accommodation. Stairwell to property could use a deep cleaning.
