Hotel Belvedere

Clean room with good location next to the Lido ferry. Room has large window for air ventilation. Nice spacious bathroom. Breakfast can improve a lot with more cheese options, and better croissants. Cafeteria closes early and no coffee facilities in the room or in the common areas

After leaving Venice on the Vaporetto and arriving on Lido, then walking across the street to the Hotel Belvedere was such a relaxing and welcoming experience. We checked in, took an amazing sunset photo, yes that’s Venice in the background and then we walked to have dinner in Lido. We also used there bikes to ride to the boardwalk.

Recently refurbished rooms, light & bright. Friendly, run family business Close to water Taxi Terminal No tea or coffee facilities in the room unlike where I stayed last time, at the Hotel Boulevard. Very Basic shower/soap toiletries. Only basic continental breakfast, with fruit, hard boiled egg, ham & cheese. No toast, only white rolls & biscotti, croissants. Hot water & coffee machine

Great location, close to water bus stop, restaurants, and bars. Clean modern room. We were on the 2nd floor. Free bikes to ride around the island. All staff friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast.

Really easy access straight off the ferry. Lovely little bakery, cafe and restaurant next door, and loads of local cafes and small shops including a pharmacy around the back. The room was basic, very clean and modern, perfect for us. Lovely shower. Friendly staff. Yummy little continental breakfast every morning of fresh croissants, local cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit salad, cereal, rolls, coffee etc. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

Location is great it’s across the road from water bus also has a lovely selection of bars and restaurants around and the extra bonus of the beach in walking distance No kettle for tea/coffee in room

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern. The location was excellent right opposite the ferry stop with easy access to Venice. There were good beaches close by - we went to Blue Moon beach. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast choice was limited but we enjoyed what we had. It’s good that the hotel provides free bikes but the ones we were given were a bit old and rusty. We ended up hiring from a shop near the hotel for 10 Euros for the day.

Old but nice! Rooms were fully renovated. Bathrooms also!! All personnel, especially at the reception were helpful and very kind. Safe parking. Very close to all shops and restaurants also to the vaporetos station. I fully recommend it!!! Breakfast could be a bit better. This hotel really deserves it!

The owner was very unfriendly. The wife was a little more educated. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were friendly. They close eon Mondays. Replacement staff at breakfast not very competent.Staff was never at the reception and when I left the kitchen help went to get my suitcase. I spoke to the maid who was very professional the person who substituted the owner was not. Breakfast has a lot to be desired. Quality and price definitely not worth the money spent. Elevator smelled was carpeted and a Mikado on the floor. The bed is very soft.

Couldn’t be more convenient for catching the water taxis (vaporetto) from Lido to the other islands of Venice

the location is convenient for catching the vaporetto to Venice or spending the day at the beach. The staff was nice and welcoming. the AC was too strong and it was impossible to change the settings, it was positioned in front of the bed so the air was directly on me and opening the window was not an option as it was noisy outside. breakfast offering is very basic and could be enhanced a bit more.

I loved the location, the view at Venice, very helpful stuff and free bikes I used to ride around the island I missed only shower gel instead of standard soap bar
