Nice location, comfortable room, clean bathroom Staff is way too rude. A simple “hello, how can I help you?” could take you a long way. Instead, they would see me standing there trying to get their attention and I would get completely ignored. Remember you are not doing me a favor, you are working and I paid for your assistance.

Ac was not working, hotel was terrible no reception, for to check in they are sending to another hotel. There was a bad smell in the room also

Not sure what to say - we stayed at a connected hotel maybe? The room was awesome, definitely better than expected but it was not part of Hotel Diana. They took us elsewhere near the square and even though it had no elevator to the floors, the room was amazingly big beautiful comfortable and had a great view. Maybe the hotel was overbooked, but it was too last minute to change the expectations (after paying loads of money, months in advance, we were hoping for a stay at the hotel we booked). But no. We got moved to a connected hotel. Luckily it was better than expected, even though it was not the Canal view we were expecting and booked the hotel for.

Location Not clean, terrible breakfast, bed bugs
-
The location was excellent, and the room was clean and comparable in size to a small hotel room, which was perfectly fine since we weren’t expecting anything larger. The bathroom was quite small, and the placement of the toilet, bidet, and door felt a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was good.

I was moved from hotel Diana to hotel Citta di Milano.

Great breakfast, comfortable position in the city center A really tiny bathroom, wet moquette in the bedroom

It was about a 6 minute walk from San Marco Square and a ferry station. So many restaurants and shops all around the location. They also had 24 hour reception I reserved a room at Hotel Diana, but I was placed in a different location in Hotel Panada. I paid for breakfast, however there was nowhere to sit at the time of breakfast, everyone was crammed into this small hall way area foe breakfast and it consisted of lunch meat, bread and yogurt.

I have booked room at Diana hotel I received email to go to Panda hotel .The room at panda hotel was terrible very small bigger than the prison cage. The blanket was dirty.

The room is quite small for two adults, a toddler, and a baby but you can make it work.

The location was fantastic Bugs in bed, shower was not good, very humid, the view from the hotel was basically a brick wall
-
The shower was a nice size and had good water pressure, the staff were informative and responsive though lacking in warmth, and the location was super close to excellent eateries, the most visited landmarks, as well as waterbus stops, and the elevator worked. The pillows were flat, the bed hard, the air conditioning was non-existent and it was 24+ in our room, no fan, the hone did not work to contact the desk (possibly because the desk is in the building across the alley?), and the room smelled unpleasant. When we asked for assistance with the air conditioning, we were told it would be seen about but nothing changed with the AC working.

Nothing Rooms were very old and not cleaned. Everything is broken like right after check in i went to the shower and the shower head came off totally on my head and injured me. They didn’t fix it and the refused to change my room despite two times talking to reception. Bed sheets were bloody!!!! Ugh!!! Roof on the lobby was leaking and it was so dangerous. There was smell of mold everywhere due to leak coming from ceiling.

The room is nice and large. We had space and everything was clean. The carpet was stained with what appeared to be bleach and some black spots that seemed to be due the water from the bathroom, as both were near the bathroom. The outlet in the bathroom did not work and I had to use my hair dryer inside the bedroom. Also, their hair dryer is just a wind blower... no heat.. Also, the air conditioner was not working and the room temperature was 25oC or above all the time. I asked the front desk guy for assistance and he was very rude and told me that it is what it is, that the build is old and that this is as good as it can get. It means that they say that they have an air conditioner but don't work and they don't care. In the morning, I asked another front desk person for support, and they told me that they would check, but when I returned in the evening the air was still not working... Also, they offer you breakfast, which is very poor: just a flavour sweetened yogurt, packed toast, cereal, cheese, ham, croissant, juice and machine coffee and related. I mean only ultra-processed food coming directly from a box/supermarket. We had breakfast outside the hotel. Also, the breakfast time is too late for tourists, as it starts at 8AM. But the most annoying thing was that I asked for Booking assistance about the air conditioner and I had no support.

I did not like the breakfast. Everything was few in terms of choosing.

Good central location with a decent breakfast. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in the room did not work. Needed to inform the front desk 3 times before they swapped it with a fridge from another room. There had previously been a leak from the ceiling and there remained a bucket under the leak to catch the drops. Ceiling plaster was turning black.

The first room we took was really smelly and has a mold in it , The bathroom has a broken Mirror . Then I had to change the room , the receptionist was a little bit unfriendly to me when I asked him to change me the room . The second room was also very smelly with unpleasant Odor and the shower head was broken . The overall hygiene is really disappointing. Im definitely not gonna visit this hotel again .

Smelled a bit musty when we arrived. Had to air out the room and it was fine. Also a bit noisy with the windows open at night or early morning from people walking by and shops opening or carts rolling past. Had to decide between keeping the windows open and dealing with the noise or sleeping hot with the windows closed.

The furnishings and general style are very old, but that's just personal taste.
