The staff was helpful, kind, and efficient. The hotel was beautiful, and had all the conveniences we could have asked for, and the breakfast was incredible. The location was perfect- quiet but so close to everything, including the main bus pickup station.

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean room overlooking the canal, staff were so helpful about restaurants and shopping, excellent breakfast (charmingly looked after by Alexandria and Roberta)in the stunning garden , easy walking distance to the vaporetto stops and airport bus and many restaurants and cafes around. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else! For me the Pillows were firmer than I liked - but they suited my other half!

I really liked how close the hotel is to the train station. It was about a 5 minute walk which was great since I had heavy luggage. I also really liked how clean and spacious the rooms were. I felt like the walls were very thin. I could hear conversations happening outside of my room and when I was in the bathroom I could also hear people talking through the vents or perhaps it was through the wall? I also didn't realize how far of a walk it would be to get to St. Mark's Basilica and all the museums I had signed up for. Of course you can take a water taxi, but I enjoyed the walk.

This property was clean and had modern facilities, while still staying true to the Venice feel. The air conditioning in the room was wonderful!! As an American visiting in the summer, I can’t express hoe grateful we were for that. The staff is very friendly - they help with luggage and recommend things to do in the area. Speak with the front desk staff about an hour long gondola ride through the canals - this service the hotel offers was a highlight of our trip! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone I knew visiting Venice.

We needed transportation from the airport to the hotel and a delightful Mr Roberto picked us up. The staff was so helpful since we are not seasoned travelers. And the room was soooo charming. An added plus it’s very convenient to the train station. Nothing….I do regret not having breakfast there. It looked delicious but we had only a few days there to explore.
