The staff, the room, the breakfast and everything was nice.

The staff were terrific. We had many interactions with Marcella, both before and during our stay. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding just about everything! Very sweet person. Hardworking, courteous, a true asset to this property. Thank you so much for all your help. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Can't wait to go back. nothing

Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good checkout time. The iron didn’t work.
-
the receptionist at the front desk, continental breakfast, location found a bunch of hair on our bathroom floor and a few in our sink, needed to be cleaned a little better.
-
Quiet Too many stairs to room

Excellent breakfast with a wide assortment of choices. Restaurant staff were excellent. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The shower head sprayed all over and the bathtub was very slippery - a serious fall hazard. A rubber mat inside the tub would have been welcome

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with view of a nice square. Large pretty room with high ceilings and coffee pot.

If I had to pick something, they need to update the chairs in the dining/breakfast area. Most of them were broken and need to be replaced.

Location Uncomfortable beds

We arrived before our 3pm checkin time and the hotel staff watched our luggage while we explored the city. The room was a perfect size for my family of three. It was large and immaculate with a great view of the Santa Maria plaza. There are many nearby and walkable restaurants, shops, and Venetian architecture. We had a very comfortable stay. We had to pay a local tax in cash. I completely forgot about it and wish the hotel staff had reminded me before we checked out (we left early in the morning to catch our train). I am also to blame, for sure, but would have appreciated a reminder during checkin.

Great location. Delicious and full breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Clean and modern bathrooms. Plenty of storage space. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work and the beds were quite hard, but we put blankets on top of the bed which helped.

Nothing!

Well-appointed hotel on a square that is a 5-minutes walk from St. Mark’s and a 10-minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Large room with nice decor. Large bathroom with good amenities. Breakfast very nice (with the best espresso [have to order it, but included] and eggs made to order) and area for breakfast has open doors to square. Nice front desk staff. Only issue was air conditioning, which is a central system that doesn’t get turned on until later in season…but with heat wave while we were there (last week of May), they fixed the issue quickly. Sitting chairs in room more decorative than usable.

The location was outstanding. The people behind the desk went above and beyond and were ridiculously kind to us. Breakfast was great. The room with a nice size and clean. During our 1/2 hour of quiet time, we loved sitting on the balcony on the second floor and people watching what was happening in the Square. Literally, I can’t say enough nice things.

Location right on the square close to shopping, dining, gondolas, everything! Elevator/lift didn’t work
-
Everything was positive the vibe of the hotel, the location was super close for walking to the main attractions plus you can easily take gondolas or water taxis from the plaza where the hotel is located without having to got through the bridges. Breakfast was also super great, a lot to choose from and very tasteful! It does smell a little musty but like I guess it comes from the entire city being surrounded by water, would be great to address but nothing major honestly.

The room was spacious, with old world charm yet modern conveniences. The staff were extremely friendly, well informed and helpful. The location was very quiet yet convenient to all the main attractions, including St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Station.
