The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was spotless. Would we stay there again. Yes. Not much to dislike. The bathroom and shower was a bit tight. However, considering all of the buildings in Venice, are old, there are some compromises to be made. Would we stay there again, Yes.

Breakfast provided by the hotel was the ONLY satisfactory item. The staff was discourteous, No facility was provided in the room. the kettle and required tea/coffee sachets were not provided even after repeated requests. It completely avoidable. I would never recommend such a hotel.

Location was brilliant, a short walk to top spots. Good size room and bed with comfortable pillows. Decent breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. A very pleasant stay. The room would benefit from a tea/coffee facility.
