Location! Staff! Breakfast was amazing! Room was very nice and clean! Nothing

We returned to Saturnia after a nine-year absence. The staff was amazing and brought us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our hotel. Despite a brutal heat wave the hotel, bar, and room air-conditioning was great. The large first floor sitting room and library enhanced our stay. The breakfast was amazing. The location is wonderful, just a five minute to San Marco square and 10 minutes to the Academia bridge. Their private dock was great for the airport shuttle service. I cannot think of anything - a perfect stay.

Location & charm I liked everything

The staff at this hotel were very friendly. Since we arrived early they held onto my luggage until check in time. Many of the major landmarks were within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious. There is an excellent restaurant on the premise and a bar. The people at the bar would provide me with ice to put in my water bottle since we went during the summer so it was very hot. There is nothing that I didn’t like.

Location and room

Was very happy with the location and the hotels look and feel. Breakfast was great and the room was very nice. Would def stay again. I would have liked to have a guide on how to get to the hotel in terms of which Vaporetta stop etc to get there and in the shower there were a few tiles missing but it was still great

The location was suburb. It was just the right size hotel for a couple of nights in Venice. If you were staying longer, I would want a bigger room. Nothing really

Location; concierge; friendly staff; breakfast

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The location was in the middle of a lot of shopping, which wasn't what we realized or were looking for. Not the fault of the hotel!

Great location. Large room. Good air conditioning. Great staff. Good breakfast and breakfast bags for early morning tours. Nothing

The customer service, concierge staff and communication was phenomenal. They helped arrange private transportation for my family that made our stay less stressful. They also recommended some great restaurants in the area. The rooms were a little small but this is expected in Europe. Rooms were comfy and clean. My husband loved the coffee stations in room and in the hallways of each floor. The elevator is small which gave my family a comical moment as we all tried to fit with our backpacks/lugguage. Almost like the three stooges! We enjoyed drinks at the bar and the upper deck with great views. The breakfast each morning was a hit with lots of variety. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again in the future.
