Location is very good Staff very friendly Quiet place , peaceful .big trees surrounding hotel .

Check in smooth after hours with code sent via email. Picturesque villa hotel with friendly hosts and good breakfast pleasant to eat on patio. The walk to beach is easy. Free beach available. The thin bath towels were unusual for us but worked fine.

The location was fantastic, central to the main street lined with shops, bars, bakeries and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach, which was also perfect for our weekend plans. We really appreciated the early check-in and the offer to hold our bags after check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The value (for a hotel room in Venice) was good, and our room had a lovely terrace with lounge chairs that we enjoyed. The A/C worked well and cooled off the room nicely. The bathroom was outdated and required climbing into a tub to shower; and the seal on the glass was torn, causing the shower to leak not only onto the bathroom floor, but onto the wooden floor in the bedroom. This is a hazard for guests. I actually slipped trying to step out of the tub. The pillows were dense and flat; we requested a second set and that helped. The bed was overly firm nothing about the bedding (or the towels) was plush.

Very nice location in the heart of the Lido.

The room was cold and there was no way to warm it up (AC system did not work or we weren't able to activate it although we tried everything). For the night there was only one extra wool blanket which was however very dirty.

Location was nice, out of the attractions of Venezia, near island, but I preferred. Nice city, near cafe's, restaurants, markets. Breakfast was great, standard breakfast. Nice, clean and comfortable room.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice peaceful location, clean and breakfast was good. The air conditioning was not working. It was very hot. The window had no mosquito screens, so we got eaten by mosquitoes every night.

Good location, good shower. I liked the thinner towels! Good comms and they accommodated our late arrival happily.. Pleasant staff Hotel seemed a bit 'tired' Breakfast wasn't great. Mainly prepackaged snacks,. There were some ants coimg our of our bathroom wall one evening. We asked for a twin room, however it was made up as a double (despite it containing 2 singe beds). Pillows were thin and only one each.

Old fashioned hotel ambiente Bathroom needs update/renovation and better cleaning. Bedding not quite sufficient for chillier October nights

My wife and I loved our stay at Villa Cipro! Giovanna and Cristiana were both so nice. A lovely, tree-lined location just off the Main Street—very close to a super-cool take-away drink stand (Aperol Spritz, etc. freshly made). The rooms have high-ceilings and huge windows for air + AC, bathrooms have showers, a bidet, sink, & other necessities). We loved the glass cases of lovely-but-inexpensive jewelry near reception, and bought several items. Nearby restaurants were excellent & the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. Definitely cooler in July than the rest of Venice. A 30-min bus ride to exceptional beaches, too. In short, we would gladly stay again! Towels were a bit on the thin side, but they did dry one off & dry out quickly.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly and efficient service, wonderful row of tall trees outside our terrace made us feel almost secluded in spite of the central location, only 10 min walk from the Vaporetto and 20 min from the free beach. Comfortable beds, decent air con, - we were very happy. Would stay again. Only tiny criticism, the shower could have been more powerful, - we got by however, it wasn't a problem and I'm sure it can be sorted.

Very good continental breakfast with fruit salad and yogurth served on the Terrace, Terrace has hust been renovated with automated sunshades. Good beds.Very friendly staff, Giovanna was very helpful. Great location. Bathroom -albeit very clean- could need a renewal. Staff is only a reception in the morning hours. Rooms are rather small, but as indicated on the webpage

Very good

The communication with the staff was easy and seamless. The check in and check out processes went without problems. The hotel has a small parking on its territory but even with our big car we were able to park there. Alternatively, you can park directly on the street close to the hotel. A good location to visit Venice. Can't think of anything.
