Great location, close to train station and vaporetto stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easily walkable to Piazza San Marco. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having the large bathtub. There was nothing to like.

It was spacious and clean. There were no elevators so it was difficult to carry heavy luggages up stairs.

The apartment was in a mostly great state when we arrived but a downside is the additional fee if cleaning service is needed during your stay although the apartment seems connected to the hotel next door. Additional towels would be appreciated when staying more than 2-3 nights and we ultimately didn't use the tub although we were excited to have it in the apartment since it appeared to need an additional cleaning. There were some cleaning supplies under the sink but items like the sponge had definitely seen better days.

Air con adjustment not working well

Clean, neat and new apartment Check in is at 3 pm. And you cannot check in until they feel free to share the passcode with you. We waited until 3:30 and the receptionist in Radisson Collection (where you do the check in) said “I cannot do anything about it, you have to wait until you receive the passcode via message”. It is rude and ridiculous.

Great location - good to be able to leave bags at Radisson. Easy to get all over Venice and to airport. Felt luxurious - lovely bed linen! Bed was hard. No sofa in siting area

Very nice apartment, modern, nicely furnished with quality items, extra large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to the main train station and to the historic center of Venice. Highly recommend it! Nothing to say

Location is great, bathroom is a massive highlight, underfloor heating and lovely bath and shower. Mugs for tea are all tiny (most likely designed for coffee), key pad to enter main entrance often faulty - usually worked on 3rd/4th try each time, bed pillows very lumpy and uncomfortable. Living space quite dark, even with curtains open.
