Only little thing: the shower wasn't fixed properly *needed some repair. Beds & pillows are not very comfortable. Breakfast is the same every day, not much choice - very simple, but still nice.

Loved the location! Easy to walk to the beach and all restaurants. Very close to the boot launch ramp/ water busses. The breakfast was good! The air conditioner in our room wasn't working and it was very hot and hard to sleep. Rooms would need some updating.

Bread was not very fresh, crossiant was also, some improvement there

Everything else was great: the staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. The woman who serves breakfast was incredibly kind ?. The location is perfect — supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, and both the vaporetto station and the beach are just a 7–10 minute walk away ?️.

Everything was excellent ?. The staff, the room, the breakfast, all were very good. The stay was to short. If you want to cover all the attractions you need at least 5 full days.

We absolutely loved our stay at the New Reiter Hotel on Lido. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight each morning – a lovely continental spread with both warm and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, a coffee machine, and a selection of juices. Our room was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Venice. The hotel is accessible 24 hours a day, with staff always available at the front desk, which added to the sense of security and convenience. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the water taxi stop that connects Lido to Venice and the airport. It’s also close to a great variety of restaurants, bars, and other local amenities, yet remains wonderfully quiet and relaxing. We were very happy with our stay and would certainly choose the New Reiter Hotel again on our next visit to Venice. The only minor issue was that it wasn't immediately clear how to adjust the temperature in the room. That said, the staff were so helpful and attentive that I'm sure it could have been easily resolved if we had asked.

A great location - Lido is much more comfortable to stay compared to the main land. Much quieter and cheaper overall. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got our room 3 hours earlier and were given some pastries on top. The hotel building is quite comfortable and clean. Finally, the room was very nice with a comfy bed. Everything was good.

Location is superb, staff very friendly the restaurant there is fantastic! Rooms were very spacious and clean and we had a view over the main street which was nice. Pillow was very hard for my partner, next time we will take our own I guess. The shower was temperamental with its temperate ranging from very hot to cold at random times but we think this may have been due to other people using their facilities at the same time?
