The hotel is perfect except we had a problem with the aircondition system. Otherwise it could have been a perfect stay. The staff helped us to make us comfortable. Unfortunately we paid for a canal view room but the ac wss not working properly so they changed our room, they upgraded it for a renaisannance room but still our first room was better.

Everything was excellent. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The location was perfect for our stay in Venice. The facilities were outstanding, the breakfast and food quality were very good, and the staff were truly exceptional; kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Nothing significant. We had a wonderful stay and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we checked in to checkout it was a fantastic experience. The staff was great especially Andrea who took care of us at check in. The location was ideal and the hotel was clean, stylish and fun. Excellent breakfast and very nice clean, well appointed and large rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is amazing. The staff's attention is impeccable, with every employee showing care and kindness. The hotel premises and room are 100% 5-star, without a doubt. Everything about the hotel exudes luxury and convenience. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the train station. We were delighted with every minute spent at the hotel. The breakfast was very good. Thank you to all the staff. Couldn't stay longer.

The location is very good. Walking distance from the station and car parking just in front of the boat stops. We arrived late and it was not to spend an hour to reach our property Gym hours are from 9 to 9 which was super inconvenient. Probably the only one I didn’t like about the hotel.

Excellent location, close to the train station, the airport is easily accessible by the ferry that stops outside of the hotel. Great breakfast, very friendly staff. Nothing!
