Residenza Corte Antica B&B

I had the most wonderful experience staying at the residence twice. The location is great, quiet but close to main attractions and water bus. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The hosts are lovely people, so kind and helpful and attentive. This is a true gem, highly recommend. Everything was perfect

We loved the location just steps from the Pont Academmia and vaporetto stop. The nearby piazza is lovely and quiet. Breakfast is excellent with selection of pastries, cheeses/charcuterie and eggs, plus yogurts, fresh fruit, granolas and made to order coffee by the attentive and kind staff. The space is large and very tastefully updated yet retains the original character and charm of Venetian buildings. Top-notch bedding, in-room refrigerator, very spacious rooms by any standard, and A/C worked beautifully. The owner/host, Rodolfo, is exceedingly thoughtful, helpful and always readily available. We felt very well taken care of and content in this location of the city. Wonderful evening strolls at night through very quiet and safe pathways along the canal. Really not a thing that we can think of!

We had a fantastic stay with Adolfo! He was incredibly kind and generous, taking the time to provide maps, recommend the best places to visit, and suggest some excellent local restaurants. His staff was also so friendly and welcoming, especially during breakfast each morning. The location was great for exploring Venice, and the hospitality truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly come back!

Location was perfect.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Rodolfo met us and helped us settle in. The accommodations, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The location was better than I expected. Most major sites were within easy walking distance. Nothing.

Super well located, really nice place. spacious room! not a problem for us but be aware that there is no elevator.

Very nice staff. Comfortable bed. No staff present at night but readily available by what’s app. Difficult to find by directions but very close to transport and restaurants once you find it the first time. Staff was incredibly helpful. Great location

Amazing location! Very cute Bed and Breakfast! The owner and stuff were great and very helpful! Our flight got cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night and we got accommodations from them for an extra night! The owner was very responsive None

Stylish, simple, quality made rooms. Was in a perfect location for us. Quiet area yet close to everything. Easy to get to from the train station. Super nice and accommodating host.

Close to major attractions yet in lovely quiet residential location. Excellent service and outstanding staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great recommendations of places to eat frequented by locals. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Accommodated all our requests. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay again. We didn’t realize that the first floor is not the ground floor. Hence even the first floor involved going up a flight of stairs. However our luggage was carried up for a s hence it was a very minor inconvenience.

Rodolfo and all the staff was kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and the layout. The location. All the recommendations by Rodolfo we liked. The communication was fantastic. We liked everything. My daughter and I would stay here again in the future.

The staff was very hospitable and sent us on our days with a wonderful breakfast. The location is very convenient and right next to a quaint piazza where we had many spritzes.

We stayed for two nights in a room at this beautiful small house in the heart of Venice. It is perfectly located, several minutes walk from San Marco center, yet away from the crowds. The house and the room are nicely arranged and equipped. Everything is perfectly clean. Very good breakfast. Several good restaurants around. Super kind and helpful hosts - Thank you Rodolfo!

Rodolpho was an excellent host. Our rooms were very spacious (large bedroom, sitting room, and full bathroom) and clean. He was very friendly and provided us with recommendations for restaurants and was very informative which helped to make our stay in Venice an enjoyable one. The morning breakfast was delicious, including fresh baked croissants and breads, meats, cheeses, jams, yogurts and other items. They prepared your hot beverage choice to order. We are very happy we chose this lovely property for our first trip to Venice. It is in an awesome location.
