The hosts went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was wonderful and they catered to our vegan diet. The room was lovely and had all the amenities you would need. No outside noise heard, and it is right next to all the attractions. 2 min walk to the boat dock as well. It was a bit tricky to find with the directions given. If you walk more than 5 minutes from the boat, you missed it. All else was perfect. (I dont do well with video instructions. So may not be at all challenging for others)

We loved the room setup it was beautiful. The breakfast in bed was amazing. We loved the location. No complaints here.

Central location close to vaporetto stop. Very good value. No dining room, but excellent breakfast brought to the bedroom. Helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet for a center city location. No facilities, but that was not a problem.

Close to st marks square and the property manager at the desk was very attentive and had great recommendations for food and places to visit. Didn’t dislike a thing and wouldn’t change anything.

It was beautiful. Close to everything. Host was amazing gave us great advice very helpful! Breakfast was delicious and the view was stunning!

It was an easy walk from the water taxi station. The owners were absolutely fantastic about helping us find the hotel. They sent a video showing the route from the water taxi to the hotel. Incredibly thoughtful, especially considering how weary we were after traveling in the stifling heat all day. Not only that, but they contacted me the day before and asked if we would need transportation from the train station. They arranged the water taxi and were a fantastic liaison between us and the water taxi company. We knew the number of the boat and the name of the driver and it really helped make a stressful day a little less so. They also arranged a water taxi to take us to the airport the next day. The room was very comfortable and had a decent amount of space. There were no employees to greet us upon arrival, but they’d let us know that would be the case beforehand and gave us very clear instructions (through a video they sent to us) on how to access the building, where to find our keys, and how to find our room. Probably my favorite part of the experience was the breakfast in the morning. I was expecting some fruit and toast, something basic. This ended up being a lovely spread of yes, fresh fruit and breads, but also various cheeses, sliced meats, yogurt, olives, and fresh orange juice. We also had our choice of hot tea or coffee. It was a fantastic variety that made the last morning of our trip a little less stressful. Literally the only negative is that they didn’t have an elevator (at least, as far as I could see) and our bags were very heavy. It was difficult getting them upstairs after a long and grueling day. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

It was an absolutely beautiful stay. We were so spoiled. it felt like staying in a private residence. It feels like stepping back in time with fabric wallpaper, and Crown molding, and Murano chandeliers. The team could not have been kinder. It was our 10th anniversary and they left us a beautiful golden platter of treats and a beautiful anniversary card. Thank you for your kindness. We will be back.

Wonderful decor. Location is not far from the known spots but it is quiet. Loved watching the non-tourist boats while eating breakfast; maybe the closest a tourist can see what it is to live here. Great recommendations for restaurants.

Alvisa provided everything we needed. Recommendations for dinner, places to see, directions to sites. The only reason we didn't do exceptional is my wife is in a wheelchair and there are 22 steps to get to the hotel
