Great location and clean rooms. Staff were generally helpful. Didn't love that the café that's part of the hotel wasn't clear when ordering breakfast that there are different prices for here and to go. Woman at the café was very rude. When we sat down with our food she said we couldn't sit down. We even went to the other side where it seemed to be part of the hotel and she came over and yelled at us again. Then we explained we were staying at the hotel and finally left us alone without any apology.

Great location, convenient for sightseeing, easy to find, and with excellent air conditioning. In the annex, there was an elevator, and it was a nice-sized room with a rooftops view. There were blackout curtains and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower. Everything was very clean. The room was stocked with water and snacks, and I was offered more water and clean towels. Wifi was lightning fast, which was welcome. A good Italian restaurant and a pasticceria were steps from the front door but there was zero noise in the room. A single English-language TV news channel would have been nice.

Classic 10/10 accommodation with excellent location and very fast check in/out process. Very responsive staff to all our requests from the very beginning.

This was such a wonderful hotel, front desk were wonderful, the pastry shop was so scrumptious. The room is compact but ours had an amazing balcony which I enjoyed my pastries and cafe latte on!!! It was magical ❤️

Staff at the desk was always responsive. Having the bakery downstairs and a room to enjoy, our breakfast was a bonus. Location was excellent. room was beautiful and well-maintained for us. Although staff was quick to offer us a way to get to the airport refilled the cost was exorbitant. The taxi arrives 15 minutes late leaving us in a panic, but we did get there on time.

Split bathroom was a minor inconvenience at times. One larger bathroom would have been preferred.

Our early arrival was accommodated. Front desk held our bags then let us know our room was ready early for us to check in.

The staff is very polite and welcoming. We stayed in a suite that is very spacious and modern. We really loved our stay. When we called the reception from the phone in our suite, we never received an answer or call back. The TV is set up in German and there’s no assistance / internet connection in case you have to stay in and watch Netflix.

Very modern, comfortable and quiet property despite being 4 minutes from San Marco. There was juice, yogurt and coffee in unit and a spectacular cafe in lobby. My friend who has lived in Venice for 25 years says he frequently goes to that cafe. I also want to acknowledge the friendly and helpful service from Antonio and Fernando. N/a

This hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and modern. There is a hairdryer and some reviews said the cord is short but it’s retractable so that was not an issue. The staff was helpful and kind and the “attached” bakery had delicious items. Everything was great. We did walk past it one or two times and it’s not overly obvious where the entrance is.

The location was fantastic. Very close to all of the tourist spots. It was very clean. I have nothing but positive things to share.
