Excellent, comfortable and clean apartment. The host is tremendous and extremely helpful. The main Venice sights are 15 min walk. Perfect place to stay when planning to get lost in Venice.

Giorgio Was an amazing host. He gave us a list of amazing local recommendations in Italy. We were on a trip where we stayed in multiple cities in Italy and booked similar priced accommodation throughout. This room was by far the best. We had issues in this price range in Verona, Milan and Genoa (loud aircon, difficult hosts, unclear check in, no blinds etc) but not in this room in Venice. Amazing location. Amazing host. Amazing room. It is hard in Venice to book nice accommodation in this price range and this room will not disappoint.

Great location, excellent host. Giorgio has been a Venetian for his entire life! As such he offers a wealth of local knowledge for tourists such as my wife and I.

Wonderful stay in Venice Sensational host who took care of everything . We were in touch from the moment we booked the room. Breakfast was provided daily, plenty of choice of food and drinks - cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, bread, biscuits. Excellent central location to all major attractions, vaporetto stops. Easy access from the airport by water bus - directions from hosts were excellent( maps and photos ). I hope I will still be able to live here and enjoy Giorgio's hospitality . B and B

Everything was great. From our host who is a very friendly and kind person and from the first moment made us feel at home and did his best to inform us about Venice. Also the room which was very clean, comfortable and with a full extra breakfast right next to the beautiful Piazza San Stefano and very close to Piazza San Marco (10 minutes) and next to the Accademia water bus stop (5 minutes ). I highly recommend it. There is nothing I didn't like

The location was great, not too close to the centre, but walking distance everywhere. The little pull out kitchen with breakfast was just what we needed. Loads of nice cheap bars and eateries nearby.

Chiara & Giorgio were great, they were friendly, provided tips and food recommendation around Venice that was really local, delicious and reasonably priced. The location of the room was great, easy to walk to everywhere, the room was clean and cosy. I felt really comfortabl during my stay and there's a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your own breakfast. Nothing! I love the place.

I couldn't imagine greater hospitality and kindness. As long as I've been there, I felt like at home, but with full privacy. Thank you for your help Giorgio - you helped me even with difficult things, you literally saved my life (and trip back home) :) Everything was fine.

This is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed! It was a little tricky to find (Google Maps really does not work in Venice, so make sure to follow the host's directions!), but wow, once I arrived it was heaven. Everything was flawless and perfect. Giorgio is a dream host, the room (studio) was flawless, the fridge was stocked to the brim with delicious breakfast food. 10 stars without a doubt! Nothing. It was perfect!

The room was very comfortable and had everything you could ever need. Giorgio was friendly and helpful, checking in constantly and offered great suggestions for food in the city. Brekfast options were varied and fantastic.

Very clean, well equipped, It looked better in real than the picture. The owner was very responsive, helped us with tour information, food, luggage and so on. Cleaning service every day. Fair breakfast, you have to cook yourself.
