The location on the canal was perfect!
-
The view, the beautiful interiors, the location, the security team and the high level of service. It needed a slightly better lunch menu with a few more options.

Great location and staff were all very friendly and helpful! Not enough time spent there to really us the hotel amenities!

The location is exceptional… steps away from Piazza San MArco. The rooms are spacious and modern. The staff are professional and attentive.

Beautiful hotel, great place to stay. The staff was not as warm as previous hotels in Italy. Also they sent me to a terrible restaurant and I know it was a tourist trap because the food was very expensive and not good at all. Terrible recommendation.

Breakfast was fantastic—next time I’d like a room with a view of the canal. Such a beautiful hotel.

A works class hotel with exceptional service from when you first arrive. Restaurants are fantastic and room comfort is perfect. Don’t miss the 5p daily saberage in the bar to make the end of the day! Highly recommend. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for.

Everything! Beautiful property and perfect location.

Nothing. No one tell before that view will be on the wall. It was impossible to have dinner at the restaurant before 9:30 pm. One day room was not cleaned. Price for boat from St.Regis 4 times higher than any boat from taxi (boats are same :) Staff unpleasant. No one want to make their job. Concierge service told they can’t book restaurant, all booked. We booked all restaurants by ourselves and it was possible ))

Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is truly spectacular, making it a very special place to stay. We recently stayed at the hotel and overall enjoyed our time, but we couldn't help feeling that the property is starting to show its age, especially considering the five-star price range. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that some areas could benefit from refurbishment. The carpets, both in the common areas and in the suite overlooking the Grand Canal, looked quite tired – particularly in the suite, where the once cream-colored carpet now appears darkened from years of use and seems beyond cleaning. It simply needs replacing, which would really help lift the overall impression. There were also visible signs of wear and tear on the furniture in the reception, breakfast lounge, and bedrooms, which took away a bit from the otherwise elegant atmosphere. Dinner was, for the most part, disappointing. The portion sizes for the main dishes were quite small, and while breakfast was lovely, the quality of the evening meal didn't quite match the same standard. After the first night, we decided to dine at local restaurants for the rest of our stay. With a little more attention to maintenance and dining quality, the hotel could absolutely live up to its full five-star potential.
