Location, and the staff who was nice Honestly they need to fix it up, i do not think it has been repainted or fixed in years, and because of this it looks dirty. Shower door was broken and i had huge pool of water after each shower. Overall, it has a great potential if given a facelift.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and healthy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was great!

Location was good. Rooms were small, bathrooms were small. Bugs were on the bed located under the window.
-
Economical and a good, quiet location The finishes were a bit run-down, especially carpets and bed covers.

Great location and value

The place is a bit run down, but that is also part of the charm. I mean, if you want the Ritz, then go to the Ritz!! The place is clean and well managed by nice people, but it's a small old hotel. We liked it, and if you don't mind the 20-30 minutes vaporetto+bus ride to get to-and-from from San Marco, then you got some bang for your buck. Some new carpets and a fresh coat of paint would do then place some good.

Really nice hotel, mermaid vibes, close to the ocean although to get to a beach is a 15 minute walk. Great staff. Breakfast was basic continental food, nothing with real Italian taste.

Very good value for money and we were lucky to have one of the best room with terrace/balcony. Room is maintained every day. Nice staff, good breakfast. The host Luigi helped us a lot with valuable advices about restaurants nearby, transport options etc. Cozy quiet area in the center of Lido close to the sea behind Venice Cinema Center, good restaurants nearby and picturesque surrounding

The bed was comfortable and surprisingly no bed bugs but otherwise you get what you pay for and the quality of the place was commensurate with the cost. The WiFi worked well and having AC helped. Older building that needed remodeling but that bothered me less than all the black mold growing in the shower. Having a mini fridge and water heater in the room would have increased the rating for sure.

The girl at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was simple, comfortable and clean.

Front staff was so kind, he could accept changing check in time! The room was very clean and with lovery interior. It was nice stay!! You need to get ferry to reach the hotel, but the price of ferry is getting higher (it's not a problem of the hotel)

The stay was good. Thank you

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good and value for money. Comfortable bed with clean towels. The shower was a little cramped and the tiles could do with a bit of updating.
-
During our stay of 5 days, we had no possibility to order a breakfast even though it was mentioned as an option in the offer on booking.com. Most of our stay there was nobody at the reception, so we couldn't even order a coffee or ask anything.
