The location was good. Parking was underground. The pool area was nice. The hotel looked worn, towels, pool furniture, etc. No refrigerator in the room, but the staff found a way to get us one. The internet was horrible, until the staff gave us the VIP passcode. This should be disclosed.

A little outdated expected something a little better from Hilton

Great location. The rooms are so spacious and confortable. The staff at the reception was great, polite and kind. I Loved the cookies ? at the check in and the coffee and water stations. The restaurant staff specifically the chefs and cooks refilling the line, they seemed pretty annoyed with the people dishing their plates, there was a large group of teenagers too eating so they were running back and forth refilling the line but even the ladies preparing the eggs looked pretty upset when I asked for a quesadilla instead of the empanadas that they had ready, the people refilling the line was educating the guest on what tongs to use to dish out the food and how to hold the warmers not a nice experience when looking forward for breakfast and you encounter annoyed chefs. The waiters were great ? helpful and polite they treated us very well. The room service prices are not up to date so when checking the menu we order a burger, pizza and a torta. We did not receive the torta. However, the pizza was big enough and quickly.

I liked the location. The Staff was nice. There was a particular cleaning lady that works so hard (short, short hair) She was nice and a very hard worker.. unfortunately the building is too big for one person to maintain it. The room was hot. The room smelled awful like mold. The bathroom lights were very poor we could hardly see!

Bathroom and shower was nice. Gym was disappointing in terms of quality and amount of equipment. Lobby bar ran out of red wine on New Year's Eve! Lighting in the room and bathroom as poor.

Location is great but is not at the beach and has not a beach for the guest... beach is right across the street and is fun and super busy because is a public beach

At check out they had a mixed up about getting me a cab to the airport I almost missed my flight

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. They are real stars. Also, love the cookies;) The gym and pool are simple but clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom are very good. During the night both me and my partner woke up with a very sore throat from the AC. We both got sick the next day. I strongly advise to check and replace the filters. We had a room with ocean view, but the glass windows are so dirty that there isn't much to see.

Large comfortable room and bathroom I paid extra to face the ocean but honestly that was not worth it as you had to stand up to look out there were no glass doors do you could sit and enjoy the view Great breakfast Fab staff Swam at the beach in front of hotel Would have been great to have had a small fridge in the room

Good location. , right on the beach The breakfast buffet was very un inspired. The same melon each day for breakfast, no oranges or pineapple or other varieties. The breakfast system is overcomplicated as you have to sign for the meal and the waiters ask for a tip. Coffee and milk is served to you but I had to ask every day . Music too loud at breakfast.

Well located, close to downtown and close to the Good restaurants and attractions The building it’s getting old, the pool was very cold and the price is a little bit expensive for the type of hotel. Some personnel not very polite.

The food wasn’t the best, I ordered a hawaiana pizza
