Nothing Very disappointing stay. The hotel feels outdated, like it’s stuck in the 90s. The room is slightly more modern, but nothing special for the price. Service was terrible—especially from a receptionist named Francisco, who was rude and unhelpful. He told me my room wasn’t ready at 2:00 pm, yet another staff member gave it to me at 2:05 pm with no issue. Worst of all, I couldn’t sleep at all. The walls are paper-thin—I could hear loud snoring from one side and kids crying from the other, as if they were inside my room. For this price, I would definitely stay somewhere else.

CLose to several place such malls and beach and different restaurants. all the staff were great, valet parking, front desk, restaurant The elevator a little bit slow, but not big deal.

Conveniently located above a mall with various places to eat and shops. Loved the Mezzanine which was bright and airy. nice to sit and charge devices . Seemed popular with groups celebrating birthdays etc. Live music was nice. My room was spacious and super comfortable. Restaurant downstairs offered a breakfast buffet and food was nice. I ate dinner one night and the ceviche was perfect, delicious soup and ribeye steak. Baked potato was cold and had to be reheated otherwise tasted good.

The location is superb, the room was awesome with lots of space, clean, great products and the service was great. Due to their renovation works sometimes you could hear a bit of noise (which is totally normal).
