Good location, the stuff was kind The personal from cleaning services were rude and they didn’t clean the room on time

The restaurants food was amazing and the place itself is so comfortable and convenient

Location is excellent. You're right on the waterfront and the aquarium is a short walk away. Get a room with a view. Mine was low budget and more like a prison cell (no view..but I'm only there for the night while traveling). Staff is 110% helpful from the front desk to the parking lot attendant. Mr. Iven serves as bellhop and is one of the best, friendly employees of the group. Excellent customer service. Pool on the roof with a view of the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) is a big plus. Great stop for the single traveler or family. Downtown Veracruz a short distance away and full of beautiful architecture and history. My prison cell/room sucked with no view, but I travel cheap and it had all the amenities.

The rooms were huge Very noisy, people were renovating at 2am room 401. The hallways carried noise. Barking dogs all night. Breakfast was included but I couldn’t take anything to my room as I had three dogs and didn’t want to leave them alone. The only good thing was Ivan the door man. Spoke English, helped me with my bags got me checked and out!!

Near the beach Bad shape, needs lots of work. Very outdated, lots of noise through the night, hard bed and worse pillows. Extremely noisy guests, room was not available at 4:15 PM. Parking not attached to hotel. One of the worst places I’ve stayed at for that price range.

The air conditioner don't work properly

Very noisy location. Dated hotel. Bellman was great. Is petrol quest housekeeping in towels. Ended our stay early to move to another hotel.

Service at restaurant was terrible,, unhelpful wait staff.. front rooms very noisy

Location, room size, breakfast The hotel needs to be urgently renovated and the cleaning of the rooms and the bathroom was very bad (we found hairs on the sheets and a dirty barhroom. Very boring view from the room.

The place looks nothing like the pictures, it is old and depressing, dirty in many spots. The beach is very far away, the room had no view at all (only of some random houses) and the pool was very cold (impossible for the kids to swim in it). I would not recommend it to anyone!

The location is ok. It is an old hotel, dirty and it is necessary to fix many things. The bed and pillows are not comfortable and the room and bathroom are not in good conditions. The parking in lot is outside and there is no connection to the hotel, it is necessary to walk outside (half block). Walking through on my floor, all the rooms' doors are in bad condition eithet duty or witth stains

There was a lot of rust and paint peeling on the bathroom door. They will call you a taxi but it’s really expensive. I recommend taking an uber.

The view , is front nautica not sea view , im try disappointed

Not clean, no locks on doors, and in the middle of the night someone tried to come into our room. It scared us so we left immediately to a new hotel at 2am.

Nothing Don't recommend to anyone! Will add charges to a reservation after the fact. Staff is unprofessional to include the onsite manager. There are no ocean view rooms and no breakfast included for children as advertised.

The people were very friendly and helpful, after we discovered our room was not properly cleaned. In general the staff was very helpful. We had to change twice the room, cause of thee cleanliness. In general this hotel needs a renovation. The sheets even clean have all stains. The shower has even a gum stuck to the floor.

I did not like it. Just the location, close to beach. Other than that is expensive compared to the price I did not like it. The system was down for payment to begin with. The smell on the hallways is bad, like mold all over, it is old, broken windows, really old facility. The renovated the rooms to take good pictures but the rooms are old as well. No wifi in my suite room neither a working phone. The maintenance guy was rude when ask about Wi-Fi. “Just complain tomorrow at reception of all not working “

Price and location I contacted the hotel weeks in advance to get a first floor room and was assured I would. When I get there, they tell me they are doing some work to the only room they had on the first floor and that I couldnt get it. Towels are like sand paper the cheapest they could find.. And room was full of little details. Bathroom door did not shut, shower door didnt shut either, keys had to be reprogrammed every day, When we got the room, TV didnt come with remote control. Took them seriously 3 days to get a remote for us. Phone was not even connected. There was construction going on nearby or maybe even in the hotel. They let people park behind your car so you have to wait for the staff to pull out other cars before you can pull out.
