I love the location. The music in the street playing to loud and till the early morning
-
I like the ubicacion! And the personal who worked at night time . Too much noises outside for his perfect location

Price exceeded my expectations. I was told about noise (balcony) vs calm (interior), so I took interior…perfect! Everyone was friendly and helpful; location was perfect: one block from Zocalo, across street from the harbor, and about 1 mile from aquarium. Enjoy entertainment on the Zocalo at night, Regis, and Village Rica (eat on patio and ask for Mario). Oysters are good, Ceviche is great, setting and view are exceptional. Nothing, loved it all. Anything less than perfect was on me.

Location Hard to hale a taxi

The view, the location The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. When I arrived, they already knew we were two people, but they only provided one towel and one blanket, and I had to ask for another one.

One block from the Zocalo and two blocks from the Marina. Great location. Lots of restaurants in the area. I love a balcony looking out to the sea. The bed was hard as a rock. The front desk refused to make change from my large peso bills.

Location
-
Nice room, nice bathroom and nice room Air conditioning was too cold. It had no thermostat so in the night I needed to turn it off for an few hours every night which was a nuisance, Also lots of roadworks outside which was noisy and messy in the daytime.
-
The service, front desk didn’t help with anything I have to pay extras for the room and have to pay extra for the parking
-
The location Not all staff, but one employee in the night shift told us we couldn't extend our stay for 1 more night, because they were all sold out. Next day at check out the receptionist in the morning shift told us that they always had available rooms since the day before.
-
Size of the room Beds I think are box spring, hard. The curtains are thin light shines in all night.

3 night stay, changed room 3 times, no AC, no running water.

It is a basic hotel but for the price it is more than adequate. Pet friendly and reasonable charge at 150 pesos per night Limited parking space but they also have off site parking available. Still a little inconvenient
-
Friendly and helpful staff We had room just in front of the tourist bus station. The Music was extremely Loud. It was imposible to sleep.

Lots of traffic around there

The beds were hard as a rock. I asked if they could move us but never got moved. To get to the room you had to take the elevator then climb up stars than go down the stairs to get to the room. The view was horrible.
