The location couldn't be better for enjoying all that the Centro Historico has to offer. The hotel is basic. It has just what you need. No luxuries. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And for a reasonable extra charge, you can bring your pet, as we did. Affordable parking is available in a garage about two blocks from the hotel.

The location was perfect The room was ok. The only bad thing about it was the bed that was hard and was unable to rest. Other than that it was OK.

Location is perfect. Dusty rooms, no Hot Water. The employees are more interested in their cellphones than to greet the guests. Only ONE girl was nice and smiled.

The location was excellent because you can walk to zocalo and the malecón with ease. It was noticeable nobody dusts the rooms, and they never had hot water in the days we stayed. The staff was blah and only one girl was nice and smile.

One block from the Zócalo, ten minutes from the Malecón, 15 minutes from Boca del Río.The staff is polite, attentive and kind. The hotel is super secure, the lobby closes at night and only opens the doors to his signed clients The king size bedroom was great with a balcony I was there with some friends, their room was very clean, my room was clean but the bathroom needed some love. I didn't reported. The receptionist were very kind and welcoming. Next door there is a restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The bathroom needed some tender love., that's all. I didn't reported it.

Close to Zocalo, facing the cathedral. AC in bedroom worked well enough. Roomy bedroom and closet. Noisy from street, with a cop who incessantly blew his whistle. Other rooms not facing the cathedral might be better. Tiny old ragged towels in bathroom. No bathmat.
