The location was awesome, To have own place to eat, swimming pool more clean,

Elevator and no hair conditioner. Better air conditioning

Good Parking

The lobby are is great!. Elevetar is really dangerous. When I push the elevator bottom to go down it make a sound like “emergency”. I have to go down by using the stairs . It was harder since I have a knee issue. On my second day, I get into the elevator and it stops in the middle of the way… it was so scary!.. I warned the people on the lobby. The answer was: “ about a week the elevator had a maintenance “.

Location was great one of the rooms I rented had a water leak in the bathroom and brought it to the front desk attention, they said they would change my room when I got back from being out, when I got back I had the same room and the same problem, the leak was not fixed and there was water all over the bathroom. Also the I got stuck in the elevator for about 2 minutes and finally I was able to get out after randomly pushing all the floor buttons.

Cleaness

Location excellent, wonderful ambiance. Excellently maintained centuries old building. Unexpected indoor swimming pool. Superb parking (indoor, direct access to hotel, outside options complicated) Exceptional service from the staff, quickly dealt with a small problem. Nice to easily see the Danzon performance in the plaza on Thursdays and Friday. None... save that the booking system implied that my booking might not have a private bathroom. Not so. ALL rooms have private bathrooms.

The staff is exceptionally wonderful helpful friendly the bed is fantastic high quality the location is great the place is very clean and all Necessities nearby the pool is excellent

Exceptional

Location was great, in the square. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and port a short walk away. Bed comfortable, good a/c. Beautiful old building. No hot water. Music til 0300am, if you want to sleep do not get a front facing room with balcony. Most Suites have no external windows and are very dark and musty. Advertised safety deposit box, not one! Advertised swimming pool, unusable as under maintenance, this should have been listed.

Illumination through the whole building.... the place is historic, needs way better light to show off better! Elevator took forever... no hot water ( i understand it is Veracruz and is hot weather, but the wife likes hot water no matter what).

I loved the location its write in front of music, the famous arches and vibrant plaza you dont have to go that far to go to places. the check in was easy plus the staff was really friendly and helpfull. The only thing I did not like, was the bathroom cleaningness, the shower roof was literally covered with mold, and the room reeked of humidity, we got a horrible view of a unfinished constructed parking lot. Besides the bathroommold and the gumidity smell everthing else was great

Great location! Personnel was very nice and friendly. Room not clean, lamps, table, handrail on second level inside the room covered in dust, old rooms with bad smell, humidity all over the place.

Nothing... this hotel is under remodeling, it was noisy and dusty. Everything!!!! Room look like disgusting no hot water parking sucks. Around the hotel area was blocked. I checked out 2 days earlier due to not being able to rest. Hotel didn't bother in reimbursing me for the inconvenience.... I had to book another hotel were it meet my needs.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The employees in this hotel did not do anything to help about the problems we ran into. Until 6/7 hours from the time we checked in. They had us sit in our room where the AC didn't work and there was water all over the bathroom floor. We checked in at 3pm and didn't relocate us to another room until 10:30pm. And they even seem pissed off that they had to move us to a better room. Will not book again.
