The room had an ice bucket, but lwe were told they were out of ice for a few days. We had to get our own.

all the building is a piece of art, its a colony time estates, it’s beautiful nothing, maybe the bathroom is a quite small, the shower to be acurate

I never leave reviews but this place deserves one, great service all around, extremely clean, the room was amazing, high ceilings, air conditioning works great, the bathroom was nice, room was very quiet even though there was a construction crew working on site you couldn't hear a thing, the bed was unbelievable, i wanted to take it home with us but my wife wouldn't let me, the pool was amazing, the staff super helpful and always friendly. If I had to rate this hotel i would give it a 9 out of 10, everything was great, one little thing if I had to give a suggestion on how to improve things would be at the restaurant, decent breakfast but they should add way more to it than just three trays and some fruit, trust me we ate well but there are just not that many choices. other than that we had a amazing time and i would definetly return there.

Nothing. I didn’t see it. A person fraudulently used my booking.com account to book this trip Nothing. Never saw it. However, some criminal stayed the night there, and I hope they drowned in the ocean

It needs a refrigerator in the room so that people can put their own drinks in it.

The rooms lack maintenance there was a leak from the bathroom to the bedroom and the staff only solution was a mop and dehumidifier The options to solve the room issue and the staff obnoxious attitude by saying if you don’t like it I can cancel and you can stay somewhere else

The building, but it has nothing to do with the staff or the experience they created. Terrible service when checking in. They claimed that what Booking offers is not what they offer, even though we had already paid for those services. The three people at the front desk were very rude, as if the error on the site was our fault, and made no effort to resolve the situation. In the end they told us that they would give us something similar to what we paid, but they punished us by giving us a room without a window/ventilation, with a shower that did not work. They urgently need training in customer service.

The location. It's close enough to downtown Veracruz without the potential city noise.The building has historical value. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They could have included the breakfast in the rate and they didn't. There was a long hair in one of the pillows. The phone in the room did not work well and missed some buttons. People on the other side of the line could not hear us.
