Prompt responses by host. Cute room with balcony Method of pay. Was sent revolut link to pay at 21.30hours the evening I was there and asked to pay. The link didnt work and then I had to set up the payee on my bank and set up an international transfer. It was a bother and wasnt a nice way to spend my only evening in the apartment.

It was a great decision to stay here! The room was very clean and cozy. We even decided to stay longer! The location is very good, close to all the sights! Thanks to Gloria for always being in touch!

Great Place to stay in Verona! It is close to the city Center and all attractions. The appartment is well decorated and equipped with all you need for a good vacation. Definitely will come back to enjoy more day in this amazing city! Everything was great.

The room was ok , but very basic . Cute balcony . Some improvements could easily be made . We came for the Arena operas and therefore liked the nearby location Had we known that there is no access by elevator than we would never have booked here . With my almost 80 years of age and spinal/hernia problems we had maior problems to get ourselves and the suitcases up and down the stairs .. We herewith complain to Booking.com that lack of elevator access should be mentioned !

The room was spacious and the location was good - a 5 minute walk from the Verona Area. I think because of the high review score and the relatively high price, we were expecting something a bit more premium. It was quite basic. The oddest thing was that the room had a kitchenette which we were told we could use for an extra 20 euros a day. We said no, but then were worried about what we could touch in the room for fear of being charged (ie. the mugs and tea on the side). There was also some rubbish left by the previous people that hadn't been cleared away.
