Ambience of hotel was great. Very stylish and with a real sense of history. Location was superb. Very central. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There could have been more on offer for breakfast in terms of hot food.

It was an extremely pleasant stay. The hotel is absolutely charming - old style, classical, traditional decoration, just perfect. It was extremely hot in Verona, but AC in the hotel is just excellent. Location is absolutely perfect, in the center of everything. The service is outstanding , very attentive and friendly. So I liked absolutely everything and I hope to be back!

The hotel was like going back in time to good old fashioned period. The whole place was exquisitely furnished and had a lot of smaller rooms giving it much character. Staff were all smartly dressed and very helpful. On trying to locate the hotel driving in to the restricted area of small streets and although within only around 200 metres of the hotel I eventually had to call for final directions. Although this was near to 10.00pm the hotel sent a member of staff to show us the final way in which was around various narrowing way streets. We had a very enjoyable stay. Nothing

This hotel is a Verona Gem. Beautiful 18th Century building with modern, comfortable appointments. The staff is so kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. This is our 2nd stay and we rate the Gabbio D'Oro at 100%. Jill and Tom Liked everything.

Our 3rd time in this property and used the valet parking for first. Love the hotel and its charm. Breakfast is outstanding too.

the location the type of room that i get is for the special needs and i must get a normal room as in my booking, and i ask them to give me a closing balance an invoice for my stay they refuse for the reason that the contract between them and expedia not allow them to give me an invoice to close my account for the room but i told them my booking is through the booking.com not expedia they said this what we have and we can’t give because of the law in the hotel. this what kept me worried because i didn’t close my account in the hotel so please i need an explanation for what happened from your side thank you & pest regards
