Location, staff, breakfast and fair value
-
Excellent hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk from Verona Arena and the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel San Luca to anyone visiting Verona. nothing

My room was very small but I was solo traveler and I made the best of it..

Great Location! Perfect to see things but be in. Quiet neighborhood

I liked everything.

WiFi didn’t work for the first few days of my stay. The hotel still hadn’t turned on the air conditioning and the hotel was extremely warm.

Breakfast staff excellent, location amazing N/A

Everything was clean, Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The shower is extremely small — if you have a larger body, it might be uncomfortable or even hard to fit. The hotel had the AC turned off, and I tend to get warm even in the fall, so I had to keep the windows open. However, in the morning, the street noise can be quite noticeable with the windows open.

Beautiful hotel, great location and breakfast was nice. The AC couldn’t seem to keep up and it was hot in the room.

Right next to the Duomo. Nice Hotel with great staff. Nothing

• Excellent, central location in Verona. Very close (just a few minutes walk) to Piazza Brà, the Arena, and many restaurants / shops. • Outside of the strict traffic restricted zone (“ZTL”), making access with car easier. 2. Cleanliness & Comfort • Guests repeatedly praise how clean the rooms and hotel are. • Bathrooms (especially showers) are often singled out as good quality. • Comfortable beds, with many saying the hotel offers restful nights. 3. Staff / Service • Friendly, helpful staff are frequently mentioned. Reception is 24h. • Guests like that they felt well taken care of and that staff gave good advice (restaurants, getting around). 4. Good Value for what you get • Many feel this hotel punches above its 3-star rating, especially given location + room quality. • Clean, modern decor in many rooms. 5. Amenities / Basic Comforts • Free WiFi is included. • Air conditioning works well, particularly appreciated in warm weather. • Breakfast is decent; not exceptional gourmet, but good selection.

The location was within walking distance of the main plaza, restaurants, and main attractions. We reserved a parking spot for $25EU on the property. When I reserved the room through Booking.com, I chose the hotel for its location and the fact that it included breakfast. When we arrived, we were told our room didn't come with breakfast. The two male hotel reps who checked us in were not warm or welcoming, but the female hotel rep with whom we checked out was very friendly and receptive.

Very good location , we drove on Autostrada with no problem to the hotel in old town, easy to find with Apple navigation , parking on the premises with parking attendant . A short walk to the arena for Opera, plenty of good restaurants walking distance and after opera or music concerts. Lighting in the bathroom difficult for woman to see to make up

This is a good small hotel, close to the entrance to old-town Verona. It is very good for a short stay. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Some more GF and DF options at breakfast would be appraciated.

Excellent position, nicely renovated all is new with class There is nothing that we didn’t like, just thz garage is a bit difficult to reach but the personnel is super kind and they help with the manoevre, they can also take care of this procedure completely if asked.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from everything. The reception was very helpful in guiding us to the underground car parking (which is located very close) and provided suggestions on non-tourist local restaurants. You can drive right up to the front door to drop off your luggage and check-in. The room was modern, clean, smelled good and was very comfortable. We loved our stay and we will stay here again the next time we’re in Verona. Nothing. It was all good.
