The Rooms are basic but very clean. It is very green and quite area. The staff is extremely helpful and fast serving all your requests. Very easy going people. If you are with a car, a huge parking lot is offered within the property. It is a very conveniently located near La Spezia, starting point for train and boats on Cinque Terre. The restaurant offers fantastic food, but a limited menu though. Nice AC everywhere. It waa quite hot and we really enjoyed this. Thank you for everything from your friends from Bulgaria.

Easy to find. Breakfast ok (given Corona restrictions). As a family of four, we were given two rooms that were located in a part of a corridor that was delayed from the rest by an additional door. So, we could leave the room doors open during the night. The director was very friendly and stayed up for us as we were arriving late in the evening. A faint scent of cigarette smoke almost everywhere. Everything else was very comfy.

Staff only understood and spoke italian, they didn’t understood english at all. Breakfast and the food in general wasn’t the best, only sweet food for breakfast.

The staff is very friendly. Th rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It is super loud! You can hear all rooms on the floor opening and closing + all conversations on the floor. There is quite some noise from the busy street as well.
