This is one of those places you could describe as a hidden gem. Hidden by such a low price, that you would not expect the quality. You got your own private parking place, combined with a room which invites you with the smell of fresh washed linnen. The rooms are simple but at a high standard equipped with airco and a nice bed. I had a small chat with one of the ownership, nice guy who comes from London so English is not a problem. Nothing

Great outdoor balcony in a quiet location, great modern bathroom comfortable bed. Friendly staff and even though it’s basic an enjoyable breakfast. Nothing

I wish we would have asked about how to get bus tickets, we went to LA Spezia and got $32 fines each because we didn't understand how to purchase the tickets before getting on. The officers were waiting for us at La Spezia and intimidated us, the bus driver wouldnt talk to us . Wish we had known more about this process. Not the hotel's fault, just wish I had asked for information.

Very nice and welcoming host.

It was very comfortable, peaceful, modern but since it is an old house that’s been renovated you get that experience of the region. We got a big room/studio with a little kitchen and a balcony, really nice. There were net curtains so mosquitoes couldn’t get, which we really appreciated

The location is really nice, and the staff is quite helpful. There is NO AC in the room on the top floor, which directly suffers from the crazy hot sun. The whole room is like a pizza baker with only a tiny window, and the cool air can hardly get into the room. The room is unbearably hot all day, and I can barely sleep. I switch to a hotel with an AC after staying here for a night.

Wonderful host, great breakfast and a detailed list of everything you need to know about the restaurants, towns, transportation etc. Super helpful Bed wasn’t the most confortable but I’m a bit of a princess

This was a great experience

Very clean. Nice breakfast included. Super small, loud and warm room. You could hear the cars on the road as well as other guests all the time. The bed was very uncomfortable with metal ends of the springs straight at your back.

Very quite area far from main road with private parking. Room and bathroom were clean. Smooth checkin with possibility to get the keys with the code from the box outside. Breakfast were simple but there was everything you need. Sweet as well as savory (bread, cheese, salami, eggs) plus some snacks in the room. We had some noisy guests the first night next to us so we were quite disturbed by smashing doors, and screaming children, but that was not the fault of hotel.

The staff was so nice and helpful! The property is a bus ride from La Spezia and although it takes about 35 minutes to the train station I think it was very easy and worked fine. The breakfast was more than I expected and felt like you were staying in a home away from home. There’s also a Pizzeria within walking distance called Francesco that was so good with very nice staff and great pizza for €6. And a supermarket even closer. The lock to our door was a bit difficult to manage, but nothing that bothered us.

We rented a room with 3 single beds and a kitchen. It was very spacious, clean and cosy. It had big tarrace with table and chairs. Even though we had to use bathroom in the corridor it wasn't a problem, because it was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was also nice - it was an open buffet with salty and sweet options. We could enjoy it on the terrace which is full of beautiful plants. Everything ok.

Clean, nice spacious room with balcony (in my case), toilets and showers in hall are comfortable with shampoo, soap and clean shower mats, friendly owner and pretty good breakfast

Lovely peaceful place. The owner was friendly and very helpful, he let me keep my motorcycle in his garage. I only stayed one night, but it would be a great base from which to explore the area. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. I would certainly return again. Nothing, everything was great.
