Beautiful room. Very well decorated. Nice buffet breakfast. Sweet landlady. About 3km from La Spezia city, so need a car to get around. Had a little trouble w wifi, but got fixed the next day and worked very well. At the edge of the busy road. But no trouble w noise when inside.

Very nice and helpful owner who gifted us local made wine. Really nice atmosphere, close to LA Spezia and really nice surroundings.

The view was amazing and the host was perfect. We enjoyed the experience and we hope to come back soon!

We loved the room, it was unique and it was well thought out. Loved the red phone box wardrobe! There was space for a couple of cars. Highly recommended, and the breakfast in the old garage was amazingly good, it had everything you could want!

Quirky little room, well thought out and a short drive from La Spezia, good breakfast and Anna was a friendly host. Well worth booking if you want some quiet and out of the main town.

Very clean, brilliant water pressure in the shower, good spread for breakfast, good location for getting to Cinque Terre. Road noise is loud, particularly in the morning, but they do provide earplugs - for the price I was very happy to accept that part.

Wonderful location, a short drive into town to catch the train to cinque terra. Delicious breakfast buffet. Free parking was great! The address provided by booking . com was inaccurate when I put it into google maps & I ended up on a horrifying, scary small road. I had to call the property, thank goodness my phone was working. She helped me to find the correct location on google maps.

The breakfast is amazing, the London room is comfy and have everithing. The owner is kind. Trafic, but they are offer free earplugs.
