This is a great accommodation, very helpful owner and her son, always willing to help. Location is reachable by car, near La Spezia and the Cinque Terre NP. The apartment was fully equipped, neat and tidy. Everything is well organized and thought in this accommodation. Swimming pool for the use. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Nothing I could think of

The host was super lovely. Facilities were good, clean and had everything needed. Free parking. Good aircon. The property was close to La Spezia for venturing into cinque Terre (although still need to drive 10 mins to the station)

Really lovely family run accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and provided with lots of useful information, particularly regarding our visit to Cinque Terre which was the reason for choosing here as a base. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, access and parking were very straight forward. Although everything was lovely, what stood out for us was the owners, they were so friendly and made us feel so welcome.

This B&B is located only a 15 minute drive by car northeast of La Spezia (Central train station), a little longer during rush hour. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom of this efficiency apartment were clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner a blessing. Parking was private, on-site, secure & at no charge. Breakfast consisted of cereal, a good variety & quantity of packaged breads and sweets(cookies, sweet rolls etc.), yogurt, milk & juice as well as condiments (jams, chocolate spreads etc.), coffee (a coffeemaker would be preferable over the drip-pot) and tea. Corlo, our personable host, greeted us warmly when we arrived. He then made sure we understood how all of the apartment's implements, switches & remote controls worked. Carlo also prepared a quick-reference binder with information which his guest most likely want to know - wifi access, how to reach him & his mother/father, restaurants nearby etc. We very much appreciated the great length of time Carlo spent explaining our options regarding visiting the Cinque Terre. He also was a big help in selecting restaurants (check if & when they are open!) which would suit our expectations. Also, it was a pleasure to meet the sociable mother of Carlo. Thank you for your hospitality!

The one-bedroom efficiency apartment, only a 15 minute drive north of La Spezia, was nice and clean, the bathroom spotless, the bed comfortable. Breakfast consisted of an assortment and plenty of pre-packaged toasts, biscuits, cookies, small cakes and the likes as well as condiments (sugar, butter, jams etc.). The fridge was stocked with milk, juices and other necessities. Yes, there also was coffee, but we would have preferred a coffe maker rather than the coffe pot. My wife and I are glad that we booked this B&B for 2 nights and take this opportunity to thank Carlo for being so friendly, accommodating and well prepared to receive guests. After parking the car (private, on-site, secure and free) he walked us to our apartment and presented a small binder with important information: WIFI access, variety of restaurants in the vicinity, how to get in touch with him in an emergency et cetera. Carlo also made sure we understood how to work the various remote controls for lighting, TV and AC. We very much appreciated the time he spent with us suggesting restaurants which we might most likely enjoy and how to get there - we chose the Pizzeria/Restaurant Da Francesco in Follo, a 15 minute drive and enjoyed it (Warning! Most eateries do not open until 19:00 hours). Should you plan on visiting the 'Cinque Terre' (or any place else) you will find Carlo to be most helpful in choosing whether to do so by car, train, boat, where to park your car and so on. It also was pleasure to meet the very sociable, full of life mother of Carlo, who, by the way, speaks excellent english. Thank you again for making our stay so pleasant. Hans T.

Nice people. Friendly dogs. Very clean. Equipment in the apartment - everything you need. There is a grocery store in the village with a very good offer.

* seperate bedrooms * kind hosts We choose this place due to the very high rating, so had some expectations. Maybe too high… * breakfast was very limited. There was some yoghurt, juice and sweets available. We could prepare our own breakfast with this. This is not what I expect of places that pop up with ‘breakfast included’. * there was only airconditioning in the ‘living room’, but not in the bedrooms. Luckily it was not super hot during our stay and the windows could be opened. * area was quite noisy with traffic, and sometimes barking of the dogs. Also at night (I did sleep with the windows open as there was no aircon in the room. With windows closed, you did not hear much. * Bathroom was very tiny. Also, on the other side of the wall there was an outside oven/bbq. It was used that day, and the bathroom was very warm because of that. The wall was glowing with heat.

We were welcomed very friendly and the appartment was great. Much better than it looks on the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. Its close to La Spezia, so visiting Cinque Terre by train is amazing from this apartment. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking.
