Great location, quiet, good hot water, amazing view. Nice cafe downstairs. Easy check in/out. Stairs to the bathroom could be slippery and dangerous. Furniture not comfortable. Heating not very warm. Host communication after check in was non existent. Breakfast was very

Location was OUTSTANDING! One block from the busy area, we overlooked the quiet churchyard of Sacre Cour. Recommend highly!! Lots of steps. The 3rd floor WC was up another set of steps. Understandable but still hard on the knees if you have issues.

Excellent communication with owner. Pictures made it easy to find. Shared kitchen on ground floor - the owners left basic breakfast foods like cheese, bread and yoghurt and juice so we could help ourselves in the morning. Apartment had sitting room and sleeping area so there was room to move around. Wonderful view of the Sacre Coeur. Brilliant location in the middle of the Montmarte with so many restaurants to choose from. Bathroom was quite small. No real place for toiletry bag. Apartment is located in a laneway in the Montmartre so it does not get a lot of light.

Breakfast was minimal. Some fresh croissants would have been appreciated. It seemed expensive, even for Paris.

Perfect location, however the apartment needs some tender loving care and repair, the breakfast selection was very poor.

The apartment was well equipped, warm and secure. The breakfast area/entrance room had all mod cons and the do-it-yourself breakfast was nice.... instructions and communications from owner was also excellent. the location and view was also as advertised and couldn't of been better.... Couple of minor things and easy fixes these were, Could do with extra pillows, a more comfortable settee, and abit more furniture in seated area. Door handle to "20" was loose and there was no ham/salami for breakfast on second day...

Great view from the window of the Sacre Coeur. Perfect little apartment for a couple for a long-weekend. Located right in the heart of things but tucked away so not noisy. Lovely to have the option of breakfast in the small ground-floor kitchen/dining area and to have a fridge for comestibles. Nothing. The apartment heated up in the day. It was perfect in spring but might have been warm in the height of summer, however I noted there were a couple of fans available in the room.

Thanks for a wonderful stay…the location is fabulous, the room was quaint and very comfortable, especially enjoyed the kitchen facilities! We also appreciated the information provided. I believe the room was described as having a stunning view of Sacre Coeur…you couldn’t be more right! It was a spectacular view!! Thanks so much!! Just a very small thing… the Internet was a bit difficult to access when in the bedroom…worked fine in the living/tv area!

Fantastic location. Need to be fit to walk there with cases from Gare du Nord as we did! Breakfast was very welcome. Can’t fault this place. Our stay was too short!

Fantastic location and friendly hosts who reached out to us and offered themselves to help in case we have any issues. Even provided us with a list of all of their favourite restaurants in the neighbourhood without us ever asking for it. That was a nice touch. We would often feel cold in the apartment, especially in the lavatory

Cannot rate this accommodation highly enough. Absolutely outstanding. Apartment was fabulous, the location was just perfect and the owners were so helpful. We will be back again and again!! Really can't fault.

Location; we were able to check in early; close to public transportation; self serve breakfast was available but very limited. Bathroom is very small, tight; water gets everywhere; small mirror in bathroom.
