Elegance Studios Wien

The location is spectacular, the studios are right in the city center with just a walking distance to all of the main attractions. The staff were very nice and friendly. Overall a great accommodation. Our particular studio had a weird toilet/bathroom arrangement. The toilet was indeed separated properly but the bathroom had just a glass door, completely transparent, and was situated right in the hallway of the studio - for privacy purposes one should not move around the studio while the other one is taking a shower. I very simple and nice improvement would be to just add some mattified foil to the glass door and the privacy issued would be fixed.

Amazing location! Convenient and very close to all the main sites. Unfortunately, the cramped conditions in the room and likely drainage issues in the bathroom create an unpleasant odor in the bathroom and throughout the room. The air conditioning is weak and fails to cool the entire room.

Excellent location and service Too hot for summer. AC is not working very well to cool down the room temperature because the circulation is inside.

Very central location. A short walk to the centre. Room was spacious. Friendly staff.

Location was amazing, very central and private. The bathroom was very spacious and the room was clean. We had complimentary chocolates and champagne. Staff was helpful. The lighting had unnecessary colors that were hard to remove. The AC was not cold enough even at the lowest temperature possible. The room's furnishings seemed low budget.

Elevator issues. We got stuck inside for 30min. Things are not what they seem.

Location Cleanliness I needed more towels

In the center of Vienna, so easy to get around from the hotel. It has portable AC, it’s great for the summer. The checkout time is quite early for standard service and not offering luggage storage.

The location is great. The room is very nice and the staff was amazing The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom had no bidet or handheld bidet.

Location is the best one . It is 2 min walk from albertina , across the Austrian national library The air conditioner is not working well . We stayed for 3 nights , and the last night it was not working at all . There was a stand fan in the room so we ended up using it every tine . Second , the bathroom was not that clean , when we arrived there were hairs on the sink and the commode , ended up cleaning them . 3rd , the bottom cabinets are broken . Hard to locate the property when we first arrived .

Air-conditioner. Cleanliness was the top tier. The staff even showed us the dustless filter inside the air-conditioner, which they clean regularly. Its location is very convenient too. There are several different alleys you can walk through to reach Stephen square. The signage says the hotel is on the 2nd floor, but it is technically on the 4th floor and above and the elevator broke down several times during our 2 night stays, especially during the time for checking-in and checking-out. Several guests had to walk the stairs with the baggage.

The location was excellent and both beds were king or queen size not twin like what we had seen in other places. One of the bed is in the living room so privacy is compromised if you’re looking for one.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. Fantastic central location to explore the city centre and it was easy to get to it from airport by public transport. We would stay again - thank you :)
