The location is awesome if you’re visiting Schönbrunn castle. The building is old and very authentic. Pariking is available (private and public). Some facilities might use the updates.

The heater was working really well. The room was not renovated maybe few years, the carpet on the floor was so dirty. The bed was not comfortable at all. And most of all my room was facing the street and at 6 am the constructions near by started it and I could not sleep, although I need it a good rest before my busy day. As well the windows were not isolated at all ( very old ones).

for my purposes (scientific meeting at the nearby BFW) absolutely perfect place. Also, just on the outer fence of the Schonbrun park. Peaceful and excellent area for stay.

Room was very comfortable, clean and very warm. Good breakfasts. Good location. Zoo is close to hotel. Bus stop is close to hotel, from which you can easily get to the tube.
