The location is fantastic. Close to Rathaus and Palace/ Gardens and Museum Quarter. Many cafes and a SPAR close by. The rooms are adequate and the breakfast was great. Staff are so kind and helpful The mattress on the bed is foam.

We loved the hotel’s location and authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was also enjoyable. Overall, it offered good value for money We were there during heatwave and without air conditioning it was a little bit though:) In the room we already had a fan and they offered us extra one if needed and we managed to survive the heatwave eventually.

The location is perfectly connected with the all parts of Vienna. There is every day cleaning and the staff is very friendly. There is no Airconditioning

Location was perfect, very central. We could easily walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and efficient. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit and vegetables at breakfast.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the city center and Rathaus. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Rooms and the elevator are compact, yet cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was modest but quite filling. Due to the summer heat, the room felt stuffy at night even with windows open and a fan running. The breakfast could also benefit from better coffee options.

Staff and location were excellent l. Great tram/ bus / metro connections. Staff super helpful. Rooms too hot and no Aircon. Fan provided but not sufficient in summer temperatures.

Great location and price. Breakfast was good. Room was big and clean. No air con only a fan in room. No where to sit in hotel apsrt from your room. Some work going on outside at around 8am

location, friendly staff and size of the room. Bathroom also very well designed. no air conditioning (we got 35-40 degrees, so not easy). Only 1 electrical fan. even thought it was mentioned in the info, I was not expecting it since I thought that a 3 stars hotel would have A/C
