Great location and spacious room. The breakfast was very good, and the ladies preparing it were wonderfully attentive and welcoming. The air conditioning was non-functional for two out of four nights during a record heatwave in Vienna, making the room uncomfortably hot and nearly impossible to sleep in. A staff member came to inspect the unit around midnight but was unable to fix it. Management explicitly promised financial compensation for the severe inconvenience, yet completely failed to follow through after checkout. Very disappointing service and empty promises.

Location was exceptional. Close to bus 2 and subway that would bring you around the city. 2 grocery stores nearby (Billa was my favorite). I got lucky that I was there doing the film festival and Aperol spritz nights at only 15 min walk. Breakfast was good, loved the bread and the waitress was always nice along with the morning receptionist Marie and the afternoon receptionist ( I forgot his name but I believe it starts with an F). Great hospitality. My best friend and I had a early morning flight and because we weren't able to jave breakfast they prepared a lunch to go. I thoufht the romm was a little bit bigger than it was, but not really a complaint.

1. Everything: location, the quirky decor, the cleanliness, the room size and comfort of beds, the toilet etc 2. Very helpful staff 3. The sitting / reading room with the sofas etc. it doubled up as a great workspace. 4. Ample cupboards in the room Nothing! Just a suggestion: for elderly customers two things would be helpful - 1. Handrails in the toilet especially the shower area to prevent slippage 2. Luggage racks to keep the suitcases as the elderly can't bend too much or lift heavy suitcases

Reception Staff were really helpful. Hotel is clean, got a spacious lounge which was useful for waiting when we checked out. Few minutes walk you get to Rathouse platz which is very central

Room was very spacious, more like a Suite in fact with a separate lounge area, bathroom and bedroom! Breakfast was fine- lots to choose from including some excellent Cheeses, cold meats, Alpen, cornflakes, and a range of hot and cold drinks. Well located just 10 minute walk from the Parliament building and the Hotel is on the tram route 2 service that circles around the City Centre! NA!
