Close to the Rathaus, just a short walk. Handy spot for just wandering around. Hotel was clean, and most importantly, air-conditioned, which was desperately needed in the 38 degree heat. That said, our boys were in another room and the air-conditioning wasn't quite as efficient and it went off every time you took the key out, so it clearly varies a bit. Rooms were a good size and the bathroom was also large. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of hot food and then plenty of cold options and pastries. Not that much space at breakfast, so if you didn't get there early, you could struggle to get a table

We requested a room with air-conditioning as it was extremely hot when we visited. The room was huge with a large comfortable bathroom. We were extremely pleased with cleanliness and comfort. I would have preferred if the breakfast were an option instead of being automatically included in the price

Clean and close to train station so can get to sights. Walkable (30 mins to old town) if weather is okay. Breakfast had lots of choice. Staff pleasant. It was 40 degrees celsius when we stayed, which is obviously out of the hotel's control, but when I searched for the hotel on booking.com, I filtered for air conditioning and Zipser came up. The lobby had air conditioning but not the rooms we were given so I feel I was conned a bit! I wouldn't have booked it if I'd known the rooms wouldn't be air conditioned- it was incredibly uncomfortable with no relief from the heat and no way to sleep comfortably. As there was a Europe-wide heat wave, I feel the hotel should have at least provided fans in our rooms but there was nothing, which was poor service in my opinion. It's about a 30 min walk to the old town but again, because of the heatwave, we didn't want to walk so had to get the underground (which was actually cooler than our rooms). Its not close to the main train station (50 mins walk). The rooms were clean but pretty dated. I wouldn't stay again.

Location was excellent for visiting family. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower and a well supplied breakfast bar with plenty of choice. The room had no air conditioning but the hotel gave us a fan and we could open the windows at night to cool down the room.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Zipser in Vienna. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and even allowed me to check in early. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Muito boa localização. Cama muito confortável e um pequeno almoço muito bom para um hotel de 3 estrelas. O quarto tinha mini-bar. A temperatura estava muito elevada e o quarto não tinha ar condicionado. Tinha uma boa ventoinha.

Location is great just behind the Rathaus (well 300m). Trams at the end of the road. Breakfast was good, staff were helpfule and friendly I did not notice there was no air-conditioning when I booked. Not their fault - I should have checked - but it was a bit hot!
