The service was excellent

For the cost of the room, I have no complaints whatsoever. Several restaurants were a block or two away, but most restaurants were a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel--not a big concern for us.

Amazing stay, great hotel and room design with every little detail thought of. Located close to tram and subway, also a close walking distance to city center. Breakfast was amazing, definitely worth the added cost, a way better experience than some restaurants in the city. The breakfast hosts, Sylvia and Adrian, were so professional and graceful in making sure our morning started in the best way possible - amazing service.

The staff is really friendly and professional. They really care and try to make you feel very welcome. The breakfast was superb. I really liked their artist egg dish. The room had a nice air conditioner and we were really cool during the heatwave.

Rooms were well appointed, nicely lit and had just the right amount of space and amenities to meet traveler’s needs. Areas throughout the hotel also added to a comfortable stay such as seating areas in and around the lobby and bar / lounge area. Friendly and consistently accommodating staff. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location. Every staff member was awesome. Super comfy bed. The AC is from last century. Noisy and dirty. We were in room 305. Please fix it guys.?

Harmony, accesible, you feel like you are as the hotel name says: on an Artist hotel. Mini-split not working.

The style and decor Loft conversion was a bit small. AC did not work well.

This hotel was a huge pleasure to stay in for my first ever visit to Vienna. Exceptionally well located near the Rathaus metro station, the staff were all very welcoming from the word go. My room was immaculately clean from the start and remained so with daily cleaning throughout my stay. Quality coffees in your own room coupled with nearby local convenience stores meant that economizing on breakfast and other snacks was a real possibility. The close by ‘Centimetre’ restaurant and bar provided delicious evening meals at reasonable cost. The elegance of the building, easy access to the city centre and the obliging team means I would heartily recommend it and will stay here again. I have awarded a ‘9’ because I think there is always room for improvement but it’s hard to identify what could be better here.

We loved the Artist Boutique Hotel. The location was great - close to all the major sites in Vienna, yet in a remarkably quiet location. The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating - from the front desk team to the bar staff to the manager, everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The lobby is uniquely decorated with portraits of Viennese artists from years ago, each with a little secret. We stayed in the renovated rooms and they were very comfortable. You can even choose from a range of different kinds of pillows. We give the Artist Boutique Hotel a big thumbs up!

The room was clean and spacious, everything seemed brand new. The overall aesthetic of the hotel was charming. Great location as well as it was close to the Parliament building and lots of restaurants. I had an exceptional experience staying here, highly recommend.

Really beautiful interiors, lovely staff, and a great spot just outside of the heart of Vienna.
