The Levante Rathaus Apartments

The room is spacious enough (I had a twin room). The kitchen is small but well-equipped. Pretty close to the city hall. Quiet street. No air condition.

Location was brilliant, close to the center. Stuff was incredible generous, especially Michaela ??? My stay there was super comfortable. Coffee for the guests was a nice bonus

The lift doesn’t work when we arrived and had to carry the stuff to 2:nd floor which was not the pleasant:(( old building

The location was good, 4 to 5 min walk from tram and bus stops. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and the checkin process was smooth. We appreciated the availability of air conditioning, which was helpful during our stay. We booked a standard apartment, but upon arrival we were given an apartment with slanted ceilings, which was not mentioned in the listing or communicated before hand. Although it was described as a complimentary upgrade because it had air conditioning, we would have preferred to know about the different layout in advance, as the limited ceiling height affected the comfort of the space.

The apartment was spacious and clean, the window faced a pleasant courtyard with trees. A pleasant stay. The bathroom sink had a broken drain and water was flowing onto the floor. I pointed it out but they didn't come to fix it.

Old building No real House Keeping ,Narrow old elevator, noisy.

Room was big and spacious. The location is unbeatable, close to restaurants and bars. Nice bar just below the hotel. The pillows are a big too high, and the elevator is TOO small. They need to see how to have a bigger one.

Location Dirty floors, when we entered the department, we saw the shoe print all over the floor. Quite dirty lobby as well. Not enough light in the corridors, we needed to turn on the flashlight in the phone every time we tried to open the lock on the door. Otherwise we could not find the lock to insert the key??‍♂️

Staff, space, location No air condition but not an issue unless summer

Great location in a lovely neighborhood! Handy to have an elevator and the space was great for a family. Staff was very kind. The sounds in the courtyard in the later evening were loud in the room but it didn’t last long and then I was back to sleep.

The property and location Lighting in the room, very dark

We really enjoyed the great location, which made it easy to explore Vienna. The rooms were compact but very convenient, and the complimentary coffee at reception was a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay There was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival, but it was quickly provided after we asked. The room felt a bit tight for four people with luggage, and the elevator is very small, which made getting to the second floor a bit inconvenient. The pillows were also quite high and not very comfortable

If, the location Very old interior, not clean at all. Urine spots next to the toilet, very dirty doors and doorknobs, the carpet was not vaccines at all- black long hair ( my hair is not black) a peeking sink, mold on the door hinges…

Liked that it was 2 floors so plenty of space, clean and comfortable with great staff. Since there is no dishwasher, at least a rack would’ve been reasonable to put the washed cutlery in. The pillows in the bed were of different sizes and i would’ve preferred 4 instead of two.

The Location was excellent the U Bahn metro was a short 5-10 min walk and a great pizzeria up the street and a bunch of cafe’s and restaurants all within walking distance. The beds were super comfy, and the space was open and spacious. There was plenty of coffee and water included in the room.

the cleanliness and the staff nothing

Great location, good deal, quiet inner courtyard view, stayed in studio room with kitchenette, lots of good restaurants around this area. The furnishings are getting a bit dated, no coffee table or coat hooks.
