Spacious room, clean, great location and neighborhood (really nice restaurants and caffes in walking distance). Great connection with public transportation - very convenient. We visited on July and the room did not have air conditioning (though a fan was provided), so it would get a bit hot some nights.

The location was perfect, very close to the city centre and very well connected via tram and bus to other areas that one needed more than 40 minutes to reach. The room was big and clean, the towels were changed regularly, and the staff was extremely helpful and answered every question I had. It was a great base for exploring Vienna! Everything was great!

All! Very nice place and rooms had a fridge too!! Great location aswell! That they charged for the water in the room and that they charged for tea and Coffee in the lobby.

The bed was very uncomfortable, as a Genius3 holder, I havent a room upgrade at all but instead a downgrade! It was the smallest room I could have at all. The price of 87 Euros for that room was too much.

The room combines simplicity and elegance. The breakfast is excellent value. The food is good. The coffee is excellent, and there's plenty of it. The hotel feels like "Old Vienna." I had to pay extra for breakfast. It was worth the money, but still . . . . At the time that I was there, the price was good value. Two weeks later--on returning to Vienna--the price had gone up, and I looked elsewhere for accommodation. In other words, this hotel is just on the cusp of affordability for the budget traveler.
