The food was delicious and very filling. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is not very far from the metro, making it easy to get around. 10 minits by foot for us Everything was clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room, although this was clearly stated in the room description, so we knew about it in advance. However, it was impossible to buy cold bottled water nearby, which made the lack of a refrigerator inconvenient. The air conditioner wasn't cool enough for us. Even with the temperature set to the minimum, the room still felt warmer than 23°C. After 10:00 p.m. and before 7:30 a.m., there was no designated smoking area inside the hotel, so the only option was to go outside. During the rest of the day, smoking was allowed only in the inner courtyard.

The location is great with only a few minutes walk to the main subway U3. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Nothing. I would stay again.

6 minute walk to venue. Room was not as expected and very bare and basic, no fridge or drink making facilities and no hot drinks allowed in the room. The carpet was disgusting but the bathroom was nice. For a 3 star hotel it was clean and comfy. felt like sleeping in a boarding school dorm. Carpet was very stained. Free tea beverage from 3pm to 10pm when everyone is out of the hotel and can only be consumed in the lobby. All other drinks have to be purchased.

Very friendly staff from arrival to departure. We arrived quite late, but it was no problem at all — the receptionist was very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. On our last day, they kindly stored our luggage so we could continue exploring the city before leaving. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to public transport (subway and tram) and within walking distance of Wiener Stadthalle. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Didn’t tell us that breakfast wasn’t included - implied that it was and then surprising expensive charge at checkout. Room was very narrow.
