Hotel Wien-Schönbrunn

Very modern setting, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast A little confusing high tech elevator and confusing entry if you had parked a car in the underground garage.

Had a small dispute over returning deposit and parking payment that was resolved after contacting hotel support channels.

Great location beside the Metro station. All essentials near by. Very modern, tech room with comfortable beds. Room is lovely with great view but not very practical especially if two sharing. Very little storage or wardrobe space. Toilet at one side of room and wash basin on the other size of room.

Great place with very convenient location and facilities. Checkout could be earlier if rooms are available. Clean room with smart home stuff (everything could be configured digitally from bed). Tasty and long breakfast. Nice view from the top floors. Completely transparent shower door in non-single room seems a bit weird. And I felt a lack of water cooler with fresh cold water (but maybe this is normal). Otherwise, everything was great.

It was our third stay and we liked it very much. The property and the location are perfect for us and we will be back again! We highly recommend it. Nothing bad to report.

AC didn’t work super well and the TV options weren’t great.

You get exactly what you've paid for. Very clean, very comfortable beds. The room is small but this was expected. I especially liked the metro station right next the hotel. This is an enormous advantage in my opinion. Everything was good.

There is no door to the shower! Very inconvenient for traveling with friends or colleagues. No water, no slippers in the room. Basically, you can't even ask for tea in your room. There was a very confusing situation during room cleaning. We came back to our room after breakfast, and there was a sign saying "room is being cleaned now." We asked the cleaning lady how much longer it would take to clean, but she couldn't understand us. In other words, the staff does not speak English, even at a basic level. We returned 30 minutes later and the cleaning sign was still hanging there. We went into the room anyway, and it turned out that it had been cleaned long ago. The cleaning lady came up to us and said that the sign meant "room already cleaned." But that's not true at all! It says in German and English that cleaning is in progress. It is worth explaining such simple things to the staff so that there are no problems in the future.

Very good location near the metro… shops nearby underground parking was a plus…

Our stay at this hotel in Vienna was absolutely excellent. The location is perfect – it’s connected to a shopping center, and everything is right there: restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The metro station is literally just outside the entrance, which made getting around incredibly easy. It’s only one stop from Schönbrunn Palace, so the location couldn’t be better. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety and high quality. The cleanliness was truly at the highest level – everything was spotless. The room size was very comfortable for our family of four, with plenty of space for everyone. The staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always helpful. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. All possible praise for this hotel – if we return to Vienna, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect, breakfast was good enough I didn't like paying 3 euros for tea in the room before bed

The hotel is in an office building and its decor (including the rooms) is quite cold, corporate, and impersonal. The entrance could be signposted better from the street (and on Google Maps). Windows were towards offices.
