Location, it was clean, close to shopping, supermarket, and metros The sink was locked when we arrived around 5 p.m. and the technician was only available the next day, so it was harder to use the bathroom till then.

Great location More options for breakfast
-
The new system of cleaning of rooms which is every 3 days once which is not mentioned in booking

They don't clean your room. I get that it's a way to save costs, but they don't even take out the trash or bring you more toilet paper. If you want them to clean your room, you have to request it after three days, and only during certain hours, so they essentially make it difficult.

Good location , SPAR hypermarket is next door, KFC, Billa super market is nearby, Vienna west train station is also close by, In 600 metres there is a coin operated laundry, in case for long travellers. Only 2 lifts, and the one was not working. Food delivery location is not properly maintained or cared. My food was not delivered. They need to take care of this.

Location is perfect, thanks to the receptionist i was able to early check in as I arrived early (9 am) All corridors are always dark, the darkness and the colors of the carpets and rooms will make you feel uncomfortable. bedroom had no fridge, no coffee machine, just a boiler and one tea packet with one sugar and a bottle of water.
-
No refrigerator in the room which should be, not sufficient amenities.
-
Fantastic location, clean and comfortable room, amazing view from the balcony. Top choice!
-
The hotel located at famous street market, near to you metro station and all activities. Nothing
-
The room and the bathroom are clean. Location is perfect for a city break it's on the main shopping street and close to the Museum Quartier where most important attractions are. Beds are comfortable although small. Beds are a bit small for twin beds. Towels are changed after the 3rd night.
-
Unfortunately only one elevator was working, and the stairs were difficult to find, locked from the outside, and dirty.

Perfect location Made a mistake in the payment. Cleaning after three days only

Location is great Clean on demand every 3 days. No coffee machine in room

The hotel's greatest asset is its location. It is very conveniently located next to the Wien Westbahnhof station, where you have easy access to trains, trams, etc. U3 & U6 lines intersect there. (The station itself also has coffee, restaurants, shops, supermarket, and so on) - Very easy to get around the city from it. There's a 'Spar' convenient store just below the hotel. On the other side of the street you have Mariahilfer Strasse which is a huge shopping boulevard with any store you can imagine, so it's great if you like shopping, and it's also full of restaurants. Getting to the city center via the U-bahn is super easy and fast. We came for Eurovision 2026 week so another great asset was the vicinity to the Wiener Stadthalle arena - we walked about 15min by foot (and if we felt lazy, it's just one U6 stop away!). The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a nice table to sit/work/drink on, with tea/coffee kit inside the room with a kettle. We got a complementary water bottle. The shower was nice too, and always had hot water. The reception was 24/7 and staff was nice. They let us keep the luggage in storage when we needed to. The room is only cleaned upon request, but it was no problem for us, we just asked, and it was cleaned very well. We stayed there for a week, and really nothing was missing. If I come back to Vienna I will definitely book this hotel again. It also wasn't expensive at all, and gave very good value for the amount we paid. No complaints at all! We had a really nice stay at the hotel.

Location.

Location was great, room was clean and quiet. We waited over 30min to check in, as inly one person was working and there are a group of 8 just in front of us. Housekeeping after 3 days - we needed some fresh towels and trash emptied after 2 days, and they wanted to charge us 16 EUR for that. Never seen that anywhere before. Also the beds are really soft and worn out, socdidn't sleep well. Overall, I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Great location, transit available right outside to easily connect to other parts of the city. Nice friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, convenient for exploring the city. The lady at the reception was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Considering the price, the hotel met our expectations well. Overall, a good value for money
