Very nice hotel in Vianna’s center. Right in the middle of the shopping area, short walk to the subway. Super sized rooms and luxurious environment. It was a very good value for the money we paid. It would be a bit challenging to park nearby but you can reach it by car

We were in a room at the 5th floor that we could only access through a set of stairs from the 4th floor. Not convenient and quite difficult for hauling our luggages.

We were only in Vienna for one night between a river cruise and a train to Prague. The Location of Hotel Ambassador was perfect for us to visit many sites in the short time we were there. Staff was very helpful in coordinating transportation to Schonbrunn Palace and to the train station. And very accommodating in allowing 10 of us to store our luggage upon our early morning arrival.

Excellent breakfast, shower too small, room small, common areas - patio and sitting room excellent. I wish the bar was open for a late night "night cap". The bathroom, especially shower and sink were small. We left our key in the apartment and assumed we were locked out. The night staff man was completely uncooperative. We thought the staff member was figuring out how to hep us but instead ignored us. After 20 minutes of no action, I went up to our room and the door was unlocked - the staff member never told us the door couldn't be locked with out the use of the key, so we had been sitting around for over 20 minutes at 11 PM for no reason.
