Breakfast was excellent in a roof top room with everything you could wish to eat. There was a view of the Gloriette at Schloss Schönbrunn and an outside terrace. The lift was a bit peculiar because it didn't have a down button on the floors.

Everything was good. Free Wi-Fi was not actually on but sporadically... If is stated free Wi-Fi then it should be available at all times.

The breakfast was excellent. The view was also very nice, we had breakfast on the top floor with a distant view on Schönbrunn palace. -

The room was spacy and had nice windows and practical equipment. Location was also good - not too bright, doors were locked by card access which was practical. staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and we can choose from many options. Only thing I would point out is the possible noise (probably thinner walls). However the guests near us were loudly smashing with door even after midnight. It would be good to have a quiet time rule and possibly enforce it. The guests also shouted on each other in the night and in the morning. Such cases are probably rare, but shall be solved.

The cost was excellent because it was off-season. The breakfast was not as it usually is offered due to not enough people staying at the hotel.

Vienna is a beautiful city and very popular so rooms can be expensive. This hotel was fantastic for value. I enjoyed my stay here so much. I would for sure stay again next year. I was in the city for the Christmas Markets which are just stunning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was safe and easy parking below the hotel for my BMW. It was an easy walk to the nearest Metro Station which is by the Schonbrunn Palace. So, the hotel is a great location. My room was nice, clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. All was good here. I highly recommend it to anyone. There was nothing I didn't like except my stay was too short as there is so much to do and see in Vienna.

The rooms are small, the first time we entered, the room 310 was smelling of smoke, it was exchanged instantly. TV was not working. Breakfast was not so satisfying, the pancakes are probably available only during weeks, scrambled eggs were over done.

Suprised by our stay. Room was good. Beds comfy and bathroom clean. Highly recommend this hotel. It is quite far from the center, but close to schloss schonbrunn. Takes +30min to reach city center by public transport.
